Had a tricky brand colour match for a garment and Heidi was great with suggestions and took the time to find the best option (despite being very late on a Friday afternoon) ....great service and another example of why Pencarrie are by far the best in their sector!!

PenCarrie just get it right
We've used PenCarrie for years now and they’ve always been one of our most reliable suppliers. Orders are nearly always spot-on, and when there’s ever a rare hiccup, their customer service team sorts it quickly and professionally.
What really stands out is how easy they are to deal with — everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone or over email has been helpful, friendly, and genuinely understands our needs. Their stock levels are usually solid, deliveries are quick, and the website’s simple to navigate.
Running a busy embroidery and uniform business, it makes a huge difference having a supplier you can count on. PenCarrie just get it right.
Highly recommended.
