They add a "service charge" AFTER you made the total payment which is at least double the amount. I cancelled the order immediately via email 24hours later they informed me it was too late to cancel (no surprise).
I also cancelled my credit card . AVOID AVOID this is a scam company.

THIS IS A SCAM. They take 29.99 out of your account and increase the price of the product by more than double! DO NOT BUY FROM OZERTY!

Avoid Ozerty - After the purchase was made and a receipt sent I then got another stating that they had taken an extra £13+ out of my account - its hidden in the 'small print' that they will add extra money as an 'environment tax'.
Absolute load of rubbish for an average quality £7 pair of gloves that ended up costing £21.
I sent an e-mail cancelling the order, but guess what, they wouldn't cancel.
Please avoid this company.

Do not use or put in your credit card details or phone number as you will be contacted and they will try to scam you over the phone pretending to be from your bank…

After lots of pop up ads on the website I went ahead and ordered the product. I was then charged more than the amount quoted and later had an email to say these were eco charges. The first I'd heard of it! They then took a further £29.99 from my account without notifying me. I received the product late and it was second rate, not fit for purpose. I wouldn't touch with a barge pole

Would give no star if I could. Total scam website navigation leading to scam chargers. Totally Avoid.

I want to share my recent experience with this website. I ordered gloves for $25.66 (final price in the checkout window) but when I received the email confirmation, the total cost had increased to $50.51 due to an unexpected service fee. I tried to seek help through their virtual support, but it was unhelpful. When I called the company on Monday, no one answered and the voicemail instructed me to contact them via email. I don't think anyone will get back to me. It's unfair for them to add charges after I already agreed to the final price. Be cautious, it's a complete scam.

As many others have experienced the problems that I did with hidden eco charges and money taken for a subscription that I did not agree too. My bank has been fab and are sending the details to their fraud dept. Fill in a form on google to ensure that this company is stopped from advertising and cheating people out of their hard earned money. Also you cannot review them unless you give a rating so would advise ensuring that there is box for a zero rating added

This Company is the worst company ever. They are scammers they say that they attempted to deliver my package and never did. Also on the tracking report they stated that my address does not exist. When I called customer service they give a message that they are busy and disconnect. The billing report has disappeared from the list of fake messages.

Complete scam bought a pair of gloves for £9.49 they tried charging me £28.99 twice! Luckily for me my bank declined payments and then stopped my card and are issuing a new one. DO NOT USE this company

100% the worst company. Total scammers - charged a ridiculous amount for an "eco-charge" despite advertising free postage. Poor communication, refused to cancel my order, completely misleading and awful company, DO NOT buy from them

Con artists and scammers. Charged me £12 delivery on £8 gloves. When I complained they told me I chose the £2.90 delivery option that's why it was that price!!?? £2.90 is NOT £12! Got the same gloves off Ebay for £6 and free delivery. They keep charging your card too......avoid at all costs!!

Wouldn't even give them 1 star. They got me for nearly £14. Although. In reality, £30 as I'll never see what I originally ordered!! Service charge sneaked in after showing me the final bill of a lot less! Emailed straight away and within minutes, apparently, my order had been packed. Ficticious "Sarah" on the return email, automatic reply I suspect. Don't touch them with a barge-pole!!

Exactly the same thing. Ordered a £9.49 pair of gloves. Looked like I had paid £9.49 then another amount popped up after I had paid,? I checked my bank statement straight away I had been charged an extra amount for ridiculous eco charge. Tried to cancel straight away, to be told order had been shipped, fast shipping about 8 minutes from placing order. Then to add to the issue a week later they took £29.99 from my bank apparently subscriptions charge? Yet again I knew nothing about this. I am usually so careful

This scam company provided grape juice instead of the herbal extract I ordered. I was charged $76 for a 30ml bottle advertised at $21, but they added the bogus environment charge after they invoiced the $21.
