I scam as per other reviews I was charged a hefty amount when website advised it was free. I am still emailing for my refund and return and have got no where. They are not based in Australia nor shipped from Wollonging. They advertise 24 hour customer contact number but no existing number. They advised they would arrange refund on receipt and still have got no where with them.

Despite requesting this company address the issues of excessive charges lodged on my CC they have not responded other than a generic ticket email requesting information I had already provided on my email to them. ALERT 🚨 DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM - I contacted the FRAUD DEPT of my bank and requested they follow through on this - I don’t expect to see the product I ordered but just want to make people aware that after purchasing an item advertised as $16.95 they debited my CC for $69.67

A fraud company, took £13.95 without my permission. Criminals day light robbery. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE do not order from this company. They lure with cheap price

SCAM,for £7 item they charged £23.A few days later they took another £30!
Had to block my bank card.

I think this is the most devious dishonest company I have ever dealt with online. What kind of business quotes a price and then, when they’ve got your credit card details, adds on £13.95 without telling you? Any attempt to discuss the issue with them is met with arrogant dishonesty.

As so many others have written this is a complete scam site. Just wish I had checked on here before I used. My initial payment was rejected so I decided not to buy, but the purchase somehow went through as did the £13.95 eco-charge.
Eventual reply refunded the price of the purchase but not the fraudulent 'eco-charge', which was the bigger amount, so the one star review stays. I will continue to go through my bank to seek a refund.

Personally I wouldn't even give it a star.
As per one of the other reviews , they don't give you any notice of charge till after at which point it is to late.
Then don't cancel order.

Car heater,£13.45 including free postage
had an 'eco charge' of £13.95 added.When I clicked 'confirm'box,believing for £13.45,I got no info stating order details.I tried twice to use my Visa card but it was rejected.(never happened to me before).I then used my Santander card which was accepted.8 hours later,the Visa fraud team phoned me to say my card was rejected due to the vast no. of complaints of over charging Visa had received and they'd issue a new card to me.Seems in 8 hours ten attempts had been made by Ozerty for £27.40,Not the £13.40 stated.I contacted Santander who sent me a form to state the situation.Immediately contacted Ozerty who said they couldn't cancel as heater was already being posted.This item arrived 3 weeks later.There was no paperwork inside the box,when it did arrive (supposed to be 3/4days delivery).I again emailed Ozerty(can't phone them and get a response!) to again inform them I didn't want this product and I'll return it but they must pay return postage,per UK law.Their reply came with a Chinese address for me to return it but I'd have to pay £15 postage to do so.However as a gesture,they'd refund £6.50 and I could keep the item.I had also previously told them that the heater was dangerous as it gets too hot,to the extent that both the car cigarette socket and the item plug melt! I've informed Trading Standards but not heard back from them in the 3/4 weeks since.I think the product can be legally sold in the UK but needn't meet any of our safety standards.Alas,a similar situation to childrens' toys bought from abroad! Even the item was delivered I got continuous emails off Ozerty say 'please confirm your order'.Also emails saying the order was being despatched.I got my money back without needing to use 'chargeback'.I do believe though that Ozerty's bank told them that Santander Chargeback was being applied for so it was better for them to refund my money! Having recently reviewed their site,I can't see an advert under their name.A common ploy these fraudsters do,is to advertise the same products at a higher price,by so called competitors so the victim is drawn to their cheaper offer.In reality the competitor is themselves under a different firm's name. My car heater does not match the description.If it was a safe product,which it's NOT,then I'd expect to pay £4.95 for it plus £3 postage.Honestly folks,DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS.Wish I had read the reviews first!

I was charged £13.95 for 'services' that was never declared on the checkout page. It took customer services 4 days to respond to my complaint and they told me I had placed an order under £20 and an eco charge was applied to my order - however the amount was never disclosed - I only found out when I checked my bank account. Awful company. They hit you with several useless upsells at checkout and its a horrible user experience. I've now had to go through my bank to get a refund. No idea if I will receive my products

Australian purchaser and I would make this 0 star if I could.
Product received damaged, unable to use - sent multiple photos and videos of broken product and still they are being obstructive.
Terrible customer service

Three times the amount was stolen from my Amex.Looked at crap reviews (too late) then stopped my Amex within four hours.
Phoned fraud team at Amex.They credited my money and charging their bank(chargeback).

Verste dritt butikken i hele verden. Lyver om miljøtilegg som jeg aldri har bestilt. Finner på mase dårlige unnskyldninger. Med andre ord de trakk det dobbelte uten å melde om tillegget og lyver med det etter på.

Venter i en månende på varen min. Ikke hørt noe fra dem. Kundeservice slutta bare å svare på mailene mine. Etter jeg klage pga jeh også spurte om å få pengene returnert

Hold dere langt unna. Dette er det verste selvskapet i historien!!

DO NOY USE! Wouldn't even give them 1 star!! Awful company, as below reviews have stated they add £20 to your order, you don't see this until you have paid. I have continually tried to contact them by phone, always get a message to say no one available so email, tried that, no response. Tried the on line chat, it's AI spent 3 days asking for a phone call, never got one. Then they tried to debit my card for £29.99. Fraud fortunately picked up by my bank, but have had to cancel my card and await another one.

They won't improve - they're scammers. I had to cancel my credit card.

Total scammers & burish thieves . So they charge you extra $20 to “ consolidate your orders”????!!!!! Each time they make a sell $20 goes in their pockets & they have guts to advocate it ?!!!!!
When I requested return with refund they charged me double!!!

Similar to others. i carefully checked my postage was free before paying but after payment £13 had been added for eco costs.
£8 socks have now cost me over £20. It's a con.
Having just checked my bank statement they've set up a regular payment to be taken. My bank have now cancelled my card and blocked this fraudulent company.
BE WARNED!! A further 22pounds has gone!

have just read all the reviews here and wish I had done before I ordered. the website had a .co.nz webpage so thought it was locally services. It was not. Charged an extra $59 - contacted them by email (Many to get an answer and a threat of taking to authorities). Apparently I hadnt unticked the small box at the bottom which had FREE in big letters, so didnt think anything of it.

They then tell me it was for an annual subscription. I kept emailing them and eventually they returned the extra $, after telling me it had been my fault. My fault was actually to purchase through them - DO NOT! I did get the product but not sure if it’s a knock off or the real thing.

The biggest problem – the plug is not usable for New Zealand electricity sockets – completely useless. Don’t order if you’re from the southern hemisphere.

After my initial online purchase, (and before I received my product) I received a notification of an international transaction on my credit card. After checking my actively on my card,I found another 55$ charged to my card for which was a totally bogus charge. Realizing this company had to be a scam,I contacted my card company, and reported what had happened, that I had not authorized a second charge of 55$.This wsz exactly my fear of giving out my card number over the phone! Only silver lining was that my card company reversed all the charges ,and I was not out any money. Total scam company. Should be able to have option to give 0 star. Beware of this company!!!
