Purchased a pair of gloves, for less than £10, but they charged me for 4 pairs, then added an eco tax of £20 for each pair of gloves, totaling around £120. Cannot get in touch to cancel order, or refund me.

Et svindelforetak. Det er nesten utrolig at et firma så åpenbart skader seg selv. Bestilte en vare med gratis frakt til kr. 189,-. Fakturaen kom på kr. 324, -.
Da jeg hadde behov den ble beløpet betalt.
Så belastes jeg på min konto med nok et beløp på kr. 382,50 i ettertid. Dette er "tjenester". Dette protesterer jeg på. Så får jeg opplyst at dersom jeg kjøper ytterlige varer for kr. 275,- så fjerner de miljøavgiften. Dette er åpenbart svindel. Regnskapsmessig føres altså kr.382,50 som utgift. Ergo har de tapt kr. 58,50, altså differansen mellom salgssummen og utgiftsdelen i sitt regnskap, mens de belaster meg for "tjenesten". Jeg sperret selvsagt kontoen, men mulig det var for sent. Jeg vet heller ikke om jeg får varen jeg har bestilt.

Scam. Attempted to take two payments for £10 more than my order, which my bank immediately blocked and advised me to cancel my bank card.

Pretty much the same as everyone else, the problem.is you agree to a price and then once you've agreed your payment details they take a payment without having to do a bank approval and you get an invoice for double the value of your item. When you question them they send you a post payment invoice stating about an extra charge after the fact and then gaslight you to try and make you believe the invoice is what you agreed to, only problem is I screenshot online invoices when I agree to payment. Then trying to return it they give you a Chinese address and only say they'll refund the value of the item so they effectively scam you out of the extra money they charged you because that was the eco service charge and is non refundable. The crush is it costs the same to ship it back to china as the order value and they'll only refund half the amount because it's not for an item it's the eco charge. Absolutely scamming and definitely f audulent sales practices, if I could give minus 5 stars I would

A sad lesson learned by me for not reading reviews before ordering. This is obviously a “ scam “ company who although advertise free shipping manage to “ sneak “ in a ridiculously large service charge for - I don’t know what !!! For an item costing £3.45 I was charged an extra £13.95. Within minutes I submitted a request to cancel the order but despite several emails/ help desk requests I wasn’t able to.

I will give them 0 stars! They charge me £20 without my consent ( on the payment website it was just £10.46 and on my bank account it was extra £20 for "eco" transport scam!! Absolute madness and robbery! It was my first and last time I ordered from them.

Big mistake dealing with these people, also I should have read the reviews, ordered item cost £13.46 but with eco shipping cost £27.80 ( which I didn’t select). Customer service are an absolute joke, 2 days later they took £29.99 from my account, apparently I had agreed to be changed this every month for special deals and privileges, I had not un ticked a box, I don’t remember seeing one and certainly wouldn’t have if I had, reported all to the bank so far I’ve been refunded £29.99 by the bank but could have to hand it back if this so called company can provide evidence that I agreed to it ( I definitely didn’t) also if the over priced item doesn’t arrive will be able to claim the money back for this as well, absolute rubbish outfit to deal with

SCAMMERS!! Don’t even think about buying anything from them, they take your credit card details and then continually offer extras which I kept declining. When I eventually completed my purchase they included a $29.95 Services fee!! I have lodged a Credit Card Dispute with my bank.

Do not trust any Ozerty site - they are the worst company I have dealt with. Free shipping - great you say .... but they have a hidden 'environmental' charge which is not made clear until AFTER you pay. Customer services don't want to know.
Terrible service and terrible products from a dishonest business.

SVINDEL,SVINDEL; SVINDEL. Styr unna dette firmaet. Den endelige prisen blir tillagt miljøavgifter uten at dette er opplyst på forhånd. I ettertid ble det også trukket ekstra (mer enn avtalt prisbeløp) 3 dager etter bestilling. Altså en bestilt vare til ca 150.- vokste til nesten 700.- som ble forsøkt trukket fra kort.
Kredittkort er nå sperret, og banken gjort oppmerksom på firmaet.

Bestilte en vare og betalte den. Fikk ordren bekreftet og etter noen dager også et tracking nr.
Så ble det plutselig trukket et tilsvarende, noe høyere, beløp fra min konto 🤔
Skrev epost og spurte hva i alle dager dette var. Fikk da beskjed om at jeg hadde krysset av for et abonnement.
Det var jo en blank løgn og det meldte jeg tilbake omg.
Tracking nr. jeg hadde fått viser seg også etter hvert å være et "fake" nummer 😡
Måtte virkelig bruke harde argumenter i de kommende epostene.
Kundeservice manager Julia P. 🤔 kom tilbake og refunderte beløpet.
Bestilt vare ble plutselig, langt om lenge, levert fra et helt annet transportselskap et tidligere oppgitt.

Would have given negative rating if there was an option. I placed an order for around £4 and they charged me £18 instead. They ask for credit card details at the beginning. Thereafter try to sign you up for additional 'unwanted' options which I declined. In spite of that they still ended up charging 'services' (whatever that means). I tried cancelling within 10 minutes of placing order and they still say it is too late and do not wish to refund, I have since reported them to ACTION FRAUD and also spoke to my credit card provider and now will go through dispute process. The mistake I made was that I should have checked reviews first as I note 97% have so far given them the lowest rating possible, which says it all. (Anyone else caught up with their scam, please report them to the relevant authorities at the earliest with all evidence available. Such bogus companies should not be allowed to operate freely.

Terrible customer service, sent me the completely wrong dress and are now refusing to give me a refund

Svindel svindel svindel svindel. Hver så snill les før du kjøper. Hele siden er bygget på svindel. Null avbestillingsmulighet, null kundeservice. Forsøk på å trekke kortet ditt flere ganger. Sperr kortet ditt om du gjør tabben med å betale for noe.

I sent the following email to them as soon as I saw the hidden charges. They sent me a ticket asking for further details. I replied within 5 minutes. They guaranteed a reply within 24hrs. 48hrs later and no reply. I will not contact them further.

Hi Ozerty,

In my checkout I should have only paid AU$18.27 and yet was charged an extra AU$29.95 for services. This did not show up on checkout, and I would not have proceeded with the order if I knew that upfront. Please refund that Service charge of AU$29.95 OR cancel my order and refund all of my money.

I am very disappointed with this deceptive charge. If I don't get the help I asked for in this email, then I will report this false advertising to the relevant authorities, on social media and review websites.

This is completely unacceptable.

PS. I phoned my bank, reported the scam, and they are cancelling my card to stop any further transactions from Ozerty. I asked them to stop the transaction, but this needs to go through their dispute process, which could take some time. I'm ok with that and am glad that I am getting a new card even though that is a bit of a pain. Next time I am tempted to buy from one of these sites, I will check review sites very carefully.

Jeg fikk varene og alt var greit. Men så har de trukket meg for et beløp etterpå. Kundetelefonen har et ukjent nummer ! På Mail svarer de på noe helt annet! Får neppe beløpet tilbake og banken rådet meg til å sperre visakortet. Det har jeg gjort.

Product sent total junk, tried to get hold of them by phone never answering.
Emailed still no response. Do not buy from them.

I never write reviews but this company needs to be shut down by trading authorities immediately. Like everyone else I was tricked into purchasing something for a 'total including shipping of £8.49'. Only when I got my confirmation email did it mention they also added '£11.95' of eco services billed to my card not mentioned ANYWHERE upon payment.

I immediately requested cancellation and refund of the item which they ignored until it was "too late" and customer service straight up lied saying it was "clearly indicated during the checkout process" – I have screengrabs proving this as false.

The owners of this company and the people working there knowingly scamming people all day long belong behind bars.
