Got some outdoor furniture for the garden. We had a big family occasion and wanted something smart and easy to look after . We went to outdoor living in the glen of the downs . Met the lovely Lesley who showed us all her stock but advised us as to what she thought would suit us best , she even said to hold off making a decision, until my partner who has mobility problems, could try it out. We got a gorgeous set and while we were at it , we picked up loungers as well . Lesley was fantastic, she went out of her way to make sure we had the right furniture for our needs and organised delivery for the same week . I couldn’t thank her and her team enough .

I ordered a Sky table and chairs from Outdoor Living Group Ireland. I am delighted with them but I’m writing to say what a wonderful, pleasant and obliging driver, Pawel, was! What a lovely guy to have on your team! Well done!

We purchased a chiminea from Outdoor Living but discovered there was a slight dent on it when we unpacked the box at home. We returned it to the shop where there was no issue with exchanging it. In fact we were given a chiminea which had already been out together to ensure that it was in perfect condition. The staff were extremely helpful in this matter and I would certainly recommend Outdoor Living going forward.

I arrived with my friend and the oostende and alas began. What a great place to wander and get great ideas. Service was second to none . Staff so helpful, knowledgeable. Delivered right on time. A great experience.

We had an issue with the replacement for a damaged garden table. There was a lot of correspondence as a result, but Olwyn handled the issue in a prompt and pleasant manner. We were kept up to the minute with the progress and the problem was handled promptly and without fuss. Top class service.

I bought a large outdoor umbrella and had quite a few problems setting it up. Lauren had two members of her team, come to my home and set it up for. It’s brilliant.

I purchased an outdoor heater which had a mechanical fault. Outdoor Living sent a driver with a replacement in super quick time - brilliant aftercare service.

Excellent product. Prompt and efficient service

Good company to deal with; we ordered our garden set in Jun but could not take it in until end of Aug. They agreed to hold it for us in their warehouse at no extra cost.
However, when ready for delivery they noticed the table was missing. They offered us the display one, after sending multiple photos and agreement from us, at a discounted rate and sent us a credit note within the hour.
Delivery was smooth and on time.
