I was pleasantly surprised by the effort that went into this experience. We booked this last minute as we didn't plan to see Santa this year but wanted something as a day out. We thought it was straight to see Santa but the little stations on the way to see Santa were lovely and because my youngest loves arts and crafts she was in her element. Also it was very relaxed and not rushed like most Santa experiences in the country. Thank you for a lovely day.

This was one of the best Sana experiences we have had. It was so calm and relaxing and the little Christmas fair had something for everyone. I can't recommend enough, the stall holders, staff at Outliving.ie and basically everyone we met were so lovely and chatty and brilliant with the kids - Santa was great craic too. Have already recommended to family and friends and will be back next year.

Felt very rushed was not expecting to be in the middle of dressed up patios that were for sale along with Santa’s grotto/ mrs clause story telling room. Sounded better on paper I will try somewhere else next year .

I understand it was your first year and I’m sure it will only get better.
It was not very well organised,expecting children to be outside drawing it was way too cold.
We had only arrived into mrs Claus and we were called in to see Santa and to be honest mrs Claus house was beautiful whereas the areas before were not very inviting for a child’s imagination of Christmas.
If there was some kind of a plastic tunnel going from one section to the next would have been great thank god it wasn’t raining.
I wish you all the best for next year definitely a lot of improvement needed.

Excellent day at Santa under the sugar loaf. Amazing value for money. Arts and crafts, balloon animals, naughty and nice scanner, stories and singing with Mrs Claus and all of this before we saw Santa. Lovely gift from Santa included and only €10 for your photo!! Then finished off with free ice cream!! Would well recommend this experience. Lovely Christmas market on site as well as different food trucks. Children had a great day and so did us adults.

Fantastic visit to see Santa. The staff were lovely and it was a really enjoyable and good value experience.

Overall the children enjoyed their day, however the process was very slow and maybe a bit of Christmas Music could be played while the children are waiting to progress to the next stage. One of your elves even comment about the lack of music.

Very well organised. The elves, Mrs Claus and Santa himself were great with the kids. No delays everything went as it should. The free ice-cream for the kids was a nice touch. Very reasonably priced..would definitely go again next year

The Santa experience was way above our expectations! It was great value for money and the kids (4 & 2) adored it. The elves were really good with the kids and kept the magic going. It was so much more of an "experience" than we were expecting for the price. You can see a lot of effort has been put into getting the details right. Plus, a good quality present from Santa. I would highly recommend.

Just been to the Santa experience well what can I say except you won't get better value for money I thought I was going to just visit Santa but it was more than that lots of staff dressed as elf's, activities for the kids and then Santa and the present was really good not cheap

Im amending my previous review from October 2023 with an update.

Outdoor living contacted me before Christmas and said they had a replacement set for me. This was delivered before Christmas and the faulty set was taken away. Thank you Outdoor Living for looking after this.

Previous review (Oct 2023) Extremely disappointed with Outdoor Living. We "upgraded" our cheaper garden furniture to a sturdy corner sofa set with table and stools. Within a few months the seats were sagging. On closer inspection the bars underneath were bent to the point of snapping. We did not invest in an expensive set of garden furniture for it to deteriorate in a matter of months!

Reply from Outdoor Living "Apologies that no one has been in touch before now in relation to the issue with your Winchester sofa. I was in touch with the supplier Maze Rattan and after viewing the images you submitted, they have reverted to say that this is not a manufacturing defect and the damage was caused by high impact pressure on the sofa frame. I spoke to our operations manager about this also and he is in agreement also after viewing the images.
I did look at the stock availability for you. We no longer stock this particular furniture set and there is no remaining sets in our warehouse. We are therefore not in a position to offer any replacements or alternatives for you.

Got artificial grass supplied and fitted with outdoor living unfortunately it really failed over time , it went black spoke to manager John who sent his colleague Dylan out to look he just power hosed it but it returned worse than ever.
When I contacted Dylan again he failed to show up so I spoke to John again he told me Dylan doesn't return calls to him either , when I sent in photos showing the extent of how bad it was John said it must be caused by algae and lack if sunlight ( garden south facing very sunny)
Or overhanging trees ( no trees ) could cause it .
Reccomened power hose ( which now has to be done fortnightly) and its only getting worse over time.
Neighbours on both sides have artificial grass fitted by different companies many years before mine and have NO issues
Would I recommend? 🤔 never stay clear as you can as they the company never even called out to see it.
And if any of the above
IE overhanging trees
No sunlight
Environment related effects grass ( which none of which effect us) you should be told this before you spend a fortune

We had to exchange a BBQ cover, which was too small. Kate in sales really went above and beyond to try to accommodate us and even arranged for a hassle-free return when we couldn't find a replacement. Really appreciate it.

Purchased a Awning recently and from time of ordering to installation found the whole experience effortless. Great customer service and Alan the installer could not do enough for us during the process. Warehouse Manager kept in contact and updated us on lead times etc.

Updated review, upt my star rating to a four after speaking with The logistics mgr. Very helpful and we came to a resolution.....
....I purchased outdoor furniture for shipping to Portugal. All was good until it arrived and discovered it was not what we ordered. I rang outdoor furniture in Wicklow to rectify this and they basically told me it was my fault as I didn't check the order. I put my trust in that the order would be correct given the amount of money spent. I am disappointed that I didn't even get an apology.

Don't often leave reviews but exceptional service from outdoor living, very good customer service, helped me pick out a lovely set of furniture for my patio, great quality product and fast delivery.

I love this store. I only had a small amount of time to buy a lot of items. The gentleman Eoin who works in the store was so amazing in helping me to this end and much more. Its people like Eoin that ensure I buy products form the right store. I have already recommended family and many friends to go to this store, in no small measure, due to Eoin's professional disposition and genuine concern that customers or, people, receive great service at great deals.
