I ordered a glassroom from Outdoor Living, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The delivery arrived on the 1st of May, but the pallets were addressed to someone else and contained the wrong product — a veranda instead of the glassroom I paid for.

After I contacted them, it took a full week for them to respond, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, they insisted the product was correct and asked me to unpack the pallet myself. I injured my back doing this, only to confirm what I already knew: it was the wrong product. I sent photos as proof, and only then did they agree to “look into it.”

This week, they told me the correct product would arrive on Friday. Friday came and went with no delivery and no update. I had to chase them repeatedly because they simply would not communicate unless I contacted them first.

It is now two weeks later. I still have the wrong product sitting here, no replacement, no explanation, and no proactive communication from Outdoor Living. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a purchase of this size and cost. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

Purchased double egg chair April 2026. High level of customer service ... responded quickly to my question on assembly before I ordered, post order received regular updates on delivery, and was delighted to receive phone call before delivery by Outdoor Living van (nice branding on van!) on the day predicted. Love the chair...very well made and a good price. Looking forward to summer weather to lie off on it!

I ordered a garden swing seat. When I was told the delivery date I asked if they could make it after a certain time to insure I’d be in the house and they were able to accommodate.

The delivery driver was very nice and brought the pieces out to the garden fir me.

Bought the Granada outdoor sofa set. No screws, assembly parts or instructions for armchairs included. Made four calls, told wait time was under 1 minute, on hold 10 mins each time and then cut off.

Update - remedied beyond expectation, very impressive calm from Eoin this morning. Actions speak louder than words and fair play.

The customer support, especially from Ella was fantastic. They kept us up to date on the delivery of the garden room. The two guys who came to assemble it had a great work ethic. Would definitely recommend this company, we had a very positive experience

Visited Outdoor Living on 12 April, was taken back how professional and accomodating staff were. Their range of products were impressive and decided to buy a two seater Alexender Rose Companion seat. The staff quickly assisted with an parasol issue and provided a kind solution.

Highly recommend and good quality of products on show.

We placed an order in September 2025 for a pergola and garden furniture. Due to poor weather and delays finishing our garden, Outdoor Living kindly held our order free of charge until January 26, which we really appreciated.

When we contacted them to arrange delivery, we were informed that one item was missing and another had been damaged while in storage. From that point on, Outdoor Living handled everything exceptionally well. Rather than making us wait months for a replacement pergola, they sourced a newer model from a different supplier and arranged fast delivery.

Unfortunately, the garden furniture had also been damaged in storage, but once again they did everything possible to resolve the issue. After visiting the showroom, we settled on a different set, and they truly went out of their way to ensure we were happy. We received a fantastic deal on the new furniture, along with added extras, and Outdoor Living covered most of the additional cost.

We dealt with Eoin, who went well above and beyond what was expected. We genuinely can’t thank him enough for the effort, care, and professionalism he showed throughout the entire process.
We are absolutely delighted with our garden now and would have no hesitation in recommending Outdoor Living. Problems can happen from time to time, but it’s how they are resolved that matters—and Outdoor Living, especially Eoin, handled everything perfectly. They are a very professional company, while still offering a genuinely personal level of service.

Ordered bags of lump charcoal. For the weight of the purchase I found the shipping costs very reasonable. I needed it really quickly because I didn't plan ahead properly. Asked about ETA by email. Received a reply in minutes and was assured it would be delivered on time. And indeed it was delivered the next day. Really impressed by the selection, quick service and impressive customer service. Great prices, and expert feedback and followup from the team with the delivery of very large items (truck and crane). They gave me the dimensions of the delivery, liaised with the logistics company and it all went of without a hitch and with a smile. Highly recommended.

I purchased an expensive water feature through Out Door living last year and was disappointed when the lights stopped working on it in under 12 months. I contacted their customer services who replied almost immediately and 2 days later a complete replacement lighting system arrived from the manufacturer in the UK. I had ordered an outdoor garden Barometer in error and not knowing that my wife had gotten me one as a surprise for my birthday. I ordered it on Sunday and requested a cancellation on Monday, they replied within a few hours to say that it was cancelled and my money would be refunded within 3 - 5 working days. My money was refunded two days later. I have found this company reliable and trustworthy and would have no hesitation in recommending them. I will certainly be buying from them again in the future. Also they make it very easy to contact them.
