I had ordered an outdoor garden Barometer in error and not knowing that my wife had gotten me one as a surprise for my birthday. I ordered it on Sunday and requested a cancellation on Monday, they replied within a few hours to say that it was cancelled and my money would be refunded within 3 - 5 working days. My money was refunded two days later. I have found this company reliable and trustworthy and would have no hesitation in recommending them. I will certainly be buying from them again in the future. Also they make it very easy to contact them.

Could not have had better service from the team at Outdoor Living! We had a sudden need for a Christmas tree, at the beginning of September, with 1 day’s notice. The team went above and beyond, took photos of what they had available in stock, took payment over the phone and arranged delivery for the same day. They honestly couldn’t have done more for us - I can’t recommend them enough!

Despite some setbacks with their suppliers, Outdoor Living were at all times responsive and easy to deal with, particularly Lesley and Pat, who was quick to get involved when installation didn’t go to plan. Voytek who installed it and built the composite decking was brilliant, making sure everything was perfect.
The garden room is now built, it’s the best thing we’ve ever done to the house, we love it. Amazing value for money, and everyone who sees it wants to get one too!

Have purchased few products over the years from outdoor living and recently purchased a corner garden set ,outdoor living are fantastic to deal with and provide an excellent service from order to delivery would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase

Bought my pergola from outdoor living thinking I was buying from a reputable company. I ordered it on 5th April and was told it would take 3 months. I bought 3 blinds as part of my order. They contacted me to say my order was ready and took full payment of the order, then I got an email to say that my blinds would not delivered because there was a problem with the suppliers but that wasn't expected to me when they took full payment. I was told they in stock on 10th August but yet again I've been told they've had a problem with their supplier. I don't if it's outdoor living that are incompetent or their suppliers.

The sales knowledge and customer service is top class and a pleasure to deal with i recently purchased a veranda and installed it myself with some over the phone assistance from Lukasz and Neti

Staff & their responsiveness to help customers. Very happy with patio storage boxes & covers previously purchased. Happy they sell FloGas cylinders & I can switch my empty cylinder for same FloGas cylinder without a FloGas account.

Cian was very helpful with the purchase of a parasol and base, and carrying it to the car.Happy with the purchase.

I recently purchased the Hartman Amalfi 6 seat oval set.
We are very pleased with the quality of this lovely bronze cast aluminium set.
The table and chairs are sturdy, comfortable and look very well on our patio.
Following delivery, we had an issue with the parasol. Having sent an email initially , I was contacted by the customer services team who organised collection of the parasol and a replacement arrived within a couple of days .

I needed to purchase a replacement bulb for my parasol patio heater. I queried where I could purchase one. Izzy responded very quickly to say I could order them from Outdoor living. I couldn’t find the bulbs on their website online so I emailed them again. Izzy responded to me on a Sunday to inform me that if I ring the company I can order over the phone. Fantastic customer service especially on a Sunday and a very quick response to my emails. Great company to deal with and Irish owned. I have purchased a few items from them and have never been disappointed. They also have great value. Would highly recommend. Thank you Izzy for your exceptional customer service.
