Updated review: With huge delays on our orders and several escalations, lacking customer service, false promises, and since my last review, the manager contacted us, stepped in, got the delivery sorted in the end.

(Updated, see below) I purchased a table/bbq/firepit item, and the delivery, while not especially quick, was handled well. On opening the item I saw that the item had been open and probably used before, but as it's an outdoor item I wasn't particularly bothered by the minor belmishes. I was disappointed that when I tried to use it as a bbq the round grate didn't fit, and as a result lost food into the charcoals. I wrote to the company explaining the problem, and promptly recieved a reply asking me to send pictures, which I did.The rep (Chloe) then replied that she would forward the issue to the warehouse and would be in touch. I waited 10 days for a reply, and when that didn't arrive I wrote again, asking for an update. That was a month ago and still no resolution. It's lovely weather for a bbq now, but I am unable to take advantage. So, wrong/damaged item sent, and no follow up. I will not be using this company again.

UPDATE:Since writing this review the manager has reached out to me, made a sincere apology for the difficulty experienced and convinced me that this is not the way they conduct their business at all. He went above and beyond to rectify the issue and I am very satisfied with the agreement we have reached. He was even willing to replace and refund the item at the same time. I'm changing my star rating to 5 to reflect what I regard as excellent customer service and a very good, personal touch. I will be using this company again.

Had an excellent experience with Outdoor Living last autumn. I was looking to buy a greenhouse and needed some advise and help selecting the best one for our situation.
I spoke to Pat first who was very informative, he then introduced me to Hazel, who couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant throughout the whole process.
My order took some time to arrive here in Dublin, but that wasn’t unexpected, I had been warned that a considerable waiting time was the norm. When it did eventually arrive Hazel was quickly in touch to let me know and set up a suitable delivery time. She highly recommended Martin O’Dwyer as an installer, and he did an excellent job for us.
I would definitely recommend Outdoor Living, the staff I dealt with were very attentive and helpful, especially Hazel and Valerie, and we are very happy indeed with our beautiful new greenhouse.

I highly recommend Outdoor Living for their excellent range and outstanding customer service. Thank you Hazel and all the staff. I’ll be back!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. They were such a pleasure to deal with. They were going to deliver my patio furniture and I asked them to wait due to the storm so they arranged a second deliver date without any issues at all.

We bought a table and chairs approx two years ago snd just before storm Darragh arrived we had a twister visit our garden. Our table and chairs were all over the garden and two seat cushions and seats blew away. We rang this week and asked if we could buy some replacements they said we will just send you some free ones !!

Excellent products, service, value and support. Absolutely cannot fault them for anything in the entire purchase process. My table arrived very quickly, like they said, and the questions I had about the product they were quick to answer. I'm not in the market for anything else right now but I'm very happy to shop with Outdoor Living again when the need arises.

I ordered the Tranquillity Water Features and I delighted with it. It is much better than the photo's and looks beautiful in the garden the LED lights really enhance the water feature at night.

Val was lovely, good value and quality garden furniture, delivery guy was great. Would highly recommend them.

We purchased an Ares Louvered Roof Pergola - Anthracite 3m x 3m from Outdoor Living in July, the delivery was delayed and during this time a representative of Outdoor Living kept us informed by email and text of the new delivery date. The pergola was delivered in September and the recommended installers arrived on time and did an excellent job of fitting the pergola. They worked with us to get the best location and setup. We are very happy with our new pergola fitted in our patio area.

It was the first time last week that I made contact with the Glen of the Downs Centre in relation to a veranda shelter & from the outset the efficiency was outstanding. Everyone I made contact with listened & advised re. purchase. With regard to the installation, again 💯%. Many thanks again for an excellent experience dealing with you which I will gladly pass on to my friends.

Visited outdoor living last Saturday and the staff ( Grainne and Emily) were extremely helpful in answering all my many questions and made the whole experience very smooth. The showroom is fantastic and I would absolutely make the trip down again.
