Great Views, Great staff and Great service. An All Round Perfect experience.

I needed to replace a faulty fountain. Outdoor Living (Mia) ensured that we got the replacement within a couple of days as were planning a BBQ party in our back garden that weekend. I was very impressed with the speed of response and the new fountain looked great in the rare sunny day that we had our BBQ on!

I received a gift from family of an egg chair but the colour didn't match our other furniture. I contacted outdoor living and the exchanged it for another colour at no additional cost for an extra delivery. I wish every company was as easy to deal with and offered similar after sales service.

Have purchased items from Outdoor living in Dunboyne on numerous occasions. All the staff are always a pleasure to deal with, vey friendly and helpful. Have purchases Sun loungers, kids sandpit, Christmas garlands and lights. All items are brilliant quality. Would definitely recommend outdoor living!

Whether making a large or small purchase the service is the same..thank you to Valerie for once again handling my order with clear and precise information and to your delivery driver who ensured my delivery was securely left in my garden (preceded by a telephone call to advise exact delivery time). Much appreciated.

I ordered a greenhouse from outdoor living and unfortunately the delivery time was going to be delayed but I was offered the bigger version instead at no extra cost. I was also quoted a price for assembly which was then higher for the bigger greenhouse but again outdoor living paid the difference..and finally, the greenhouse measurements online where not exact (apparently each greenhouse can be slightly different) so the concrete I had purposely had put into my garden needed to be made bigger.. outdoor living have told me I can send them the receipt for this extra work., I cannot recommend this company enough, the customer service has been outstanding.. thank you Valerie for dealing with my issues so well.

I went online to purchase artificial grass. The website gave great details about the different types available. There was also clarity regarding which of the shops stocked which products.

I made my purchase just minutes before 5.30pm (the cut-off time for next-day collection). As such, I did not expect my 'grass' to be ready to collect for at least two business days. I was wrong, though. It was ready to collect the following day. I also received my receipt from the company attached to a very personal and courteous email that same day.

I collected from the Dunboyne shop (very precise location details are provided on the website, including the Eircode, and a link to Google Maps).

When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the young men there, given excellent advice regarding how best to roll out the 'grass' and also advised that I had not ordered enough pegs. This wasn't an 'upsell' attempt - it was the exact opposite. I was prepared to just buy a second packet, but was told that it was cheaper to return what I had bought, and buy a larger packet. That way, I would also have spare pegs, should I ever need them.

On realising that I live in the same housing estate as the salesman, he offered to help if I had any difficulty.

Finally, a third gentleman carried the roll of artificial grass from the warehouse to my car, and put it in very carefully for me.

Drove 2 hours to get to Outdoor Living...an amazing shop - from the moment we arrived we were very well looked after. Morgan helped us in every way possible to buy the items we were considering buying. An excellent standard to customer service.

We had a fantastic day at the santa experience in outdoor living. Great value for money and adults were free. There was so much for our little girl to do and the staff at outdoor living were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a great day out and will definitely be looking out for future events at outdoor living.

Unbelievable experience from Santa arriving in the fire truck to the sorting office and hand made decorations this Santa experience is the best in Ireland . Such good value for money in a beautiful location with amazing grottos and decorations the children adored this experience. There was such great excitement and the staff were just amazing also . Loved every little detail . Will definitely be booking early for next year !
