Lily recommended a product that was perfect for me, but the shipping took longer than 3 days, about 7 days to receive.

My experience with Ortur company was really great.it started with good n nice communication.they were able even answer detailing questions about everything I sksed them about.during a day n sometimes in couples of hours.after all these payments.i bought many products from them.shipment n delivery were also fast.the products were very well packed n safety against some damages.the quality of the products for These money is absolutely worth of it even more.was a very,vey good choice to buy my products from: ortur.net

The machine is OK, the problem is that the vertical alignment fails a lot.

Also, the shipment policy says that I should have received the package in 4-5 business days but it took more than a month, this is not acceptable and I won't buy anything again from this company.

They also say that the shipment is done from Europe and this is fake. The products are shipped from Hong Kong.

Also, they don't publish negative reviews on their website which goes against the law.

Amazing customer service. From the tech help with Gil. to the overall experience with Ortur themselves. Was a large purchase and i was naturally worried when it failed. After all remedies failed Ortur sent me a replacement when i sent the old one back, I was also refunded the postage. Cannot praise the company or Gil highly enough. If i could give them more stars i would.

Where do I begin. I purchased a Ortur LM2 Pro S2 on Monday. On Tuesday they email saying it won’t be until February. I demanded a return of my payment before anything was ever shipped. Nobody responded for 14 hours!!!! I sent numerous emails to these people and finally late at night they tell me they found one in the States and asked did I want a refund still or they can ship it that day. I told them to go ahead send it to me. They didn’t ship it that day like they said. They generated a tracking number immediately to where they didn’t have to return my money. I emailed again several times before they finally shipped something the next day. When UPS delivered to my house, (and please see attached photos), the driver seriously handed me this little envelop. No laser machine big box. Just this little plastic envelop!! I have emailed them now numerous times again and they again refuse to respond to me emails. Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE from these people. I am a very professional businessman, and normally I am pretty calm. But they took almost $400 of my money and refuse to either ship the right item, or return my money. All I can tell you is don’t set yourself up for this nightmare. Please purchase something different and you won’t have to deal with all this. I have reached out to Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau as well as an attorney. I tried to be calm with these people but now after shipping this tiny little envelop, I have honestly had enough and now I take measures myself to protect me and my money that they took. Ortur's website states that orders shipped to the US will originate in the US, that's the only reason I ordered directly from Ortur and not Amazon. A week passes and my laser ships, but not the platform, and it is shipping from Hong Kong. Another week has passed and no updates on the shipping tracking and the second item still hasn't shipped. No communication from Ortur and no reply to inquiry. I should have ordered it on Amazon, paid a little more and had it 2 weeks ago. Lesson learned.

I bought the lm3, work platform, rotisserie and extension. I received the work platform in the mail and nothing else. No tracking, just says partial order. I have contacted Ortur 5 separate times and I have not received a reply. I bought this directly through their site. I see I could have got this off Amazon for $50 less and received it in 4 days. I want to cancel and purchase through Amazon but feel like I would get screwed on a refund at this point. So I sit here with nothing. A simple reply with an update would have been fine. I would have understood but being ghosted has left a bad taste in my mouth. Can’t recommend because of this.
Update-I was contacted and informed it was a holiday. I changed my score reflex the communication. I respect everyone’s time off. An automatic reply noting the delay in shipping and replies would have prevented this situation.

Great machine for the money
I wasn't sure that this would perform as advertised, but this little machine works just great for what I need it to do!

I love your laser's so much I have 2 machines and 4 laser modules, the new 10w duo laser is the best laser I have used, keep up the great work

I have bought a "Ortur Laser Master 2 Pro S2 LU2-4-SF" for engraving wich works perfectly fine for me.

Shipping from Netherlands to Germany took about a week.

I'm very happy with Ortur's costumer support. I had a problem with my module and they were very helpfull. The problem was resolved and the replacement part was shipped to me within 2 days.

Very bad experience, waited a month before receiving the machine

Because I bought the wrong version of LF and then I wanted to change it to SF, Ortur's customer service was quick to help me change it. The goods were also received very quickly and the delivery was fast in the European region.

Delivery was very fast! Received within 4 days of seller shipping the item out. Engraver also works well. Tested on wood so far and am happy with the results.

I bought it last week, and the product came to me in 4 days, they send to me directly from the warehouse of the US, really fast shipping. I used it, and I love it!!! I use it in the garden, so I need to use the Offline Controller, but at the beginning is really difficult to understand, so I turned to the customer service, they just being so so patient! They taught me step by step, and finally I got it, and make a beautiful laser craft (it's too bad I can't attach a picture here) I will totally recommend you guys to buy it from ortur.net.

This is really cool! You only need to set the parameters to get a customized logo or text. The customer service responded to my questions in a timely manner, and the delivery speed was very fast. This is my most satisfying shopping recently!
