Ortur company gives false shipping details. The shipment was to be sent from Europe (Czech Republic) with free delivery. Unfortunately, it was shipped from China. Additional costs that were added are: 23% VAT, 15% Customs duty, UPS customs handling $50 . If you buy the device for $700 Additional costs are $340. The company does not write back to emails, so you can also forget about the warranty. Sending an email silence like the Chinese government on the Tiananmen Square massacre. No respect for customer rights.

I watched many videos and lots of research done on ortur laser engravers and cutters. For my budget and purposes this was the company and products I decided on. For my needs the product I got is absolutely perfect. Then apart from that. The company itself was super easy to deal with, fast and excellent communication, shipping was fast and flawless. I have the Ortur LM2 Pro S2 5W, I am finding the learning curve is a bit difficult as this is my first time with no laser experience, but there are so many videos out there to try to help, the spec sheets for power and speed guides are helpful but I'm not yet finding the perfect mix for my projects. The ability to get a rough outline of where the project will be on your workspace is helpful to aline your materials. I don't love that even though it's in a metal enclosure with a fan and vent hose going out the window my whole house still smells like burnt wood, would be better if I had a garage or a shed to do this in. I am super excited to get my settings perfected for my crafts, right now this is a hobby, maybe it will become a business for me, maybe I need to try a different machine like a co2 laser insted of diode, but I'm committed to giving this one a fair shot before giving up on it. I am finding success the more I try and I am loving the results and the possibilities are endless once I have it perfected. So far so good thanks to guides and videos! I am making progress in my learning and enjoying sharing my experiences with socials!!

Bonjour j'ai acheté en novembre 2023 un graveur olm3 série limitée et qui est tombé en panne fin janvier.c'est la que le calvaire commence et né toujours pas résolue le sav de ortur m'envoie un message toute les semaines pour me dire de faire un test au hasard pour voir la panne.je vient de commander une carte mère a Mets frais sur un autre site.le sav est inexistant et au mois de février le sav a fermé 15 jours sans nouvelles pour des vacances et personne s'occupe de vous.domage ce sont de bonne machine mais sans sav .

I just opdered the Ortur enclosure but it will not be here till next week. Very fast shipping on products here in the USA. Good group on facebook.

I was able to test the laser consumables. the kit is very complete, it consists of 3 frames, wood to engrave, stainless steel cups, necklaces, business cards, scratch paper and finally transfer paper. the materials are qualitative

Achat de l'OLM3 20w pour accéder à la coupe de matériaux de bonne épaisseur sans y passer trop de temps. La machine et la tête laser sont vraiment top qualité, la pompe air assist,les pieds de surélévation et les rallonges de côté en bonus sont appréciées. J'ai actuellement une surface de gravure de 830x400mm. Pas de problème de vibrations, la vitesse et la précision de gravure et de coupe est bluffante. Pour compléter l'ensemble, je viens de commander la tête 10w. Matériel que je conseille pour ceux qui recherchent la qualité et le professionalisme de la marque.

I ordered the laser master 3 le. After 6 months it stopped cutting and burning efficiently. I have tried to work with their customer support to get help replacing the laser module. They respond about once a week. I did everything they asked but apparently not good enough because they told me that I was wasting their time. Then in a later message they told me to have a nice life. My problem is still not resolved.

I got an Lm3 10 watt and it has really helped boost my small woodworking business within the first two weeks. There is a learning curve with design, software, and material but that just takes practice. I have been using it every day and I really like it.

Bonjour, possesseur d'une graveuse laser OLM2 S2 depuis plus d'un an avec une bonne centaine de projets réalisés, je peux donc me permettre de confirmer qu'ORTUR est une marque fiable, avec un matériel robuste (je n'ai eu aucune panne en 1 an), performante.
Je conseil vivement cette marque qui mérite un bon accueil.

J'ai pu réaliser de la gravure sur bois dur et sur bois moins dur j'ai également fait de la découpe sur du contre plaqué en 1,5mm er 3mm un vrai bonheur !

Their machine is super precise from good manufacture. But when it comes to partnership, they have very nonsensical criteria and ABOVE ALL A WORD THAT REMAINS TO BE REVIEWED. Otherwise nothing to say and reported that's why 4 stars

Hello. J'ai reçu le ortur OLM3 20w .et c'est une dinguerie cette machine la vitesse de travail et incroyable la qualité des coupes et top. La pompe air assist et très bien un petit peu bruyante. J'aimerai bien tester le roller pour gravé des objets cylindrique et je n'ai pas le nid d'abeille ortur j'utilise un d'une autre marque et quant je coupes de grosse épaisseur je suis obligé de passer des cales sur les quatre coins pour surélevé le laser. Mais le ortur OLM3 20w et vraiment top je le conseille pour débuter la gravure et decoupe. Prochaine étape gravure sur de l'inox pour avoir une gravure avec des teinte différentes. Bonne journée.
