I have a OLM3 with a 20w laser module. I can say only good things about this product and the company. You can assemble the OLM3 with very few screws (2, maybe 4), anyone can do it. The structure is well enginereed (even good looking!!), the laser module is powerful and can engrave and cut easily through plywood.
I'm really looking forward to see what they will develop in the future!!!

Ortur has proven to be one of the best laser engravers that I own. I own 5 different brands. It has a solid construction, and is well built. The details I can achieve with this laser are unbelievable. Ortur is one of the best pioneers of the laser engravers. The price point is very comparable to lasers with less features. So all in all you really can't go wrong with Ortur

I've had the Ortur OLM3 since the end of August and I've been using it almost every day since then. I use it for my hobby as well as for my work and I'm very excited! it is fast, precise, clean and just perfect. I can recommend it to anyone who likes creative things because you can really do a lot of different things with the laser. Many thanks to Ortur!

Vraiment très content de mon Graveur Laser, avec une tête de 20 W il me permet de faire énormément de projets différents. Je n’ai jamais eu de soucis dessus. Je l’ai eu d’occasion ça fait sept mois que je l’ai et il fonctionne toujours aussi parfaitement quasiment tous les jours. la communication avec les équipes est un peu lente du fait que nous n’habitons pas le même pays et il y a un fort décalage horaire mais ils ont toujours été présent pour répondre et très amical.

Three Years ago I came across the opportunity to purchase the Aufero Laser2 LU2-5A SF and enter the laser world with Ortur The learning curve was very short. I was quickly making small medallions and lasered photos for customers. I then realized that I could push this little laser and it moved onto bigger projects that were at the edges of its range. In June of 2022 I purchased the extension kit to accommodate what I was already accomplishing with my laser. Even my children found it intuitive to use and created masks and gifts for themselves. I continued to push the LU2-5A SF further and found that I could cut solid woods such as walnut to create custom plaque boarders.
The wonders of discovery continued through the purchase of the LU2-10A laser module in December of
2022. All of my projects have become more efficient and faster to produce and now with the upgrade this year to the 20w with the air assist, I am more confident that I can offer my customers a quality product at a reasonable price. Thank you Ortur for producing a capable, intuitive to learn machine at a reasonable price. I look forward to seeing how you will grow,

I have the Ortur OLM 3 LE 10watt machine and love it! It has been fantastic for my uses. I struggled to cut acrylic but it could be the color or type of acrylic I was using. I reached out to customer service and they helped me troubleshoot several options and sent helpful videos along the way. I never really got the acrylic dialed in but we did find a setting in lightburn that, when adjusted, seemed to boost the performance of the laser substantially. I've also had a great experience asking questions on the Orturnet Instagram account too. The time difference makes it a little slow to have conversations since we usually have to wait till the next day for responses but that's just the nature of a 12/13 hr time difference. I got a couple accessories, the YRR 2.0 rotary and the z axis height adjuster. The instructions on these could use a refresh. They're not very detailed and the pictures are small and hard to see, but I got them figured out eventually and they seem like very well made accessories. I haven't gotten a chance to try them out yet but I will soon. I don't see why they won't work as they should. They both shipped pretty quickly. I think they took like 5-7 business days but it was around a holiday so I wouldn't expect it any faster than that. I'm a big fan of this company and this machine, I just use it for a hobby but you could very easily operate a small business or side gig with this machine and they have faster, more powerful versions available as well.

Really good tool for my craftsman activity, faster than my former laser , easy to use and well constructed , and the accessories like lifting legs are great ! Recommend it !

I bought Ortur LM3 with a 10W module. I already had Sculpfun S30, and I can say that Ortur is much better, much faster, and of much higher quality. Ortur truly reflects professionalism. Fine egraved details are much clearer with the Ortur laser. I enjoyed assembling it. Every detail on Ortur is well thought out; the engineers did a great job. Due to its low center of gravity, it is really fast. I do engravings and cutting equally well with OLM3, and it is excellent for that. I highly recommend Ortur lasers. Communication with Ortur support is good, and there is a very large Ortur user community on social media.

Depuis 2 mois nous utilisons un graveur laser master 3 d’ortur 10w et franchement c’est le top. Nous n’avons actuellement aucun soucis et il fonctionne tout les jours, noël arrive 😊.
C’est notre 1er laser et nous n’avions aucune connaissance.
Il y a également une petite application mobile qui vous aidera si vous n’avez pas trop de connaissances en informatique pour utiliser Lightburn.
De notre côté nous allons continuer à découvrir les possibilités que Ortur nous propose avec les accessoires qui peuvent compléter notre laser 😊

Yo he tenido una experiencia maravillosa con Ortur, tengo mi LM2 S2 con su rodillo, cumplo un año en diciembre en tenerla y es una maravilla, en camino tengo una LM3 de 5.5w pero adicional compré el módulo de 20w al cual se la adaptaré, hasta el momento Ortur Lo recomiendo al 1000%

I bought a Laser Master 2 over 2 months ago. Out of the box the laser didn't work. I contacted Ortur, slow responses, 1 a day, but they did respond. After 2 weeks of 1 a day emails and tests they said I needed a new laser. I disagreed as I tested it and the laser was not being powered. They ignored me and sent a replacement laser. I received it and its still not working. I have been emailing for the past 3 weeks. 0 response. I also emailed the CEO of the company. No response. I have hundreds of dollars out and a machine that has never worked and a company that will not respond. I also tried opening a new ticket, again no response.

Fantastic Service! ORTUR.net is by far the best. I bought direct from them and had quick delivery at a fraction of the cost of some after sellers. I’ve even ordered the wrong parts and they replaced them quickly. Their support is amazing!
