If I could give zero stars I would. This interaction has been horrible from start to finish. They advertise a sale on their website, then they didn't honor it during checkout. When I contacted them regarding this, they promised a refund of the sale discount and claimed this was an issue with my timing to checkout. However, this is bogus because the sale is STILL listed on their site. They are scamming people. Despite this red flag, like an idiot I moved forward. It took a week for the promised refund to be issued. Then I inquired when my item would ship. I was informed it would be A MONTH. So now I'm floating them $400 for a piece of jewelry that I don't have in hand because they charged my card immediately not when they ship. When I asked to cancel and for a refund they claimed that I would have had to do so within 72 hours and refused. NONE of these policies are on their website. No FAQ, nothing. This company is a joke, scam and has TERRIBLE customer service. Avoid them at all costs and take your business to a legitimate jewelry store!

Regarding the discount, we did process the **15% welcome promotion refund the same day it was requested**. Any delay in seeing those funds would be due to your credit card provider’s processing time. As noted, our system allows **one discount per order**, which is why an additional promotion could not be applied.
In terms of production, all of our pieces are **made to order**, and the item you selected is listed on the product page as **“Ready in 1–2 weeks.”** We do collect payment at checkout prior to production beginning, which is standard for custom-made items.

“ First of all, I love the quality of this piece I got the. Four Diamonds Side-Set Seam Ring Hoop 14K Yellow Gold / 16G / 5/16" (8mm). It’s sturdy and has a beautiful sparkle that is both dainty and classy all the same time. However, I haven’t managed to actually wear the piece ever since I got it two weeks ago. I cannot find where it comes apart/opens and I don’t want to bend it out of shape or damage it. My vision is not the greatest and I wear longer nails and since this is supposed to be tiny (nose ring) to begin with it has been next to impossible for me to figure it out on my own. I am taking some of my other fine jewelry for cleaning and I’ll ask someone there to help me.
If you have bad vision or longer nails, keep all of this in mind. I did read prior to purchase that this did not have any clap/click closure and one of the reviewers mentioned the issue with that. I just did not know I would have so much trouble with it. Given the price and how excited I was to get it it’s disappointing. I was planning on buying the white gold version as well but now I’m not so sure I will since I’ll always need someone’s help with it. ”

Ordered from them on 12/1/25, was aware that during holiday season, and it being a hand crafted jeweler it would take longer than what was stated on there website for the product at 1-2 weeks. I gave 3 weeks as leeway. I still do not have the product I ordered, it hasn't been shipped or even in the process of being shipped. And its been 6 weeks.
I could forgive the issue if it wasn't for them stating even after waiting 6 weeks they would have to extend another 12 business days (2.5 weeks) because it didnt meet there standards during there quality control. Of which i'll call bull on.
It may seem silly to write a bad review on this but ill give a small background, ive ordered gold jewelry before online, my wedding ring was a custom made piece from Israel as well as my wife's, both of which ordered near Christmas time as well, mine was prepared and shipped in 3 weeks hers in 4. Again, custom made. And this other shop claimed it would take longer due to the nature of the pieces. AGAIN, not a product that they have a previous design plate for, but made custom.
This company, fresh trends, has stock for all there products. What I mean is even if it made by order, they already have the design drawn up and it just needs to be made and tested from there. I ordered a barbell, a literal straight rod with a few middle bezels. Not something with like golden vines coming out and flowers blooming but literally a straight bar. Not only that but to claim 2 weeks and take 2 months, I will not be using there shop again. I will be steering clear of them from now on.
They will not last if they plan on falling way short from there claims they post.
(Update: They'll post there response publicly but will not respond to my emails or answer there phone over order cancelation, during business hours)

On January 9, the piece did not pass final quality control due to a small dent in the setting. Rather than ship a piece that did not meet our standards, it was immediately sent back to our jeweler for correction. While the typical turnaround for a quality-control correction is 10–12 business days, we escalated this as an urgent priority to minimize further delay.
We understand the comparison being made to other custom jewelry experiences; however, fine body jewelry has additional considerations beyond standard jewelry, including fit, balance, and safety for long-term wear, which can extend production time.
We appreciate the customer’s patience and remain committed to delivering a piece that meets our quality standards rather than rushing one that does not.

I bought two low profile diamond nose studs and they are beautiful. I love wearing studs in my nose but most I have purchased in the past sit too high. I also appreciated receiving a care guide and prompts if I wanted to have a size consultation.

They are external thread, which after hours of effort, I gave up trying to put em in myself and had my piercer grr over the drops and efforts necessary to get the tiny thread in the tiny hole precisely. If I am putting gold in my face why not pay someone else to do it. I am a great big ol fan of having the 14k pieces. Big confidence boost and feels all around. Thank you!

Not real gold.
I bought my fiance a diamond rose gold nose ring a couple years ago. The diamond recently fell off of it and we took it out of her nose to look at it and the nose ring is a silver metal that is tarnished black now. Is this not real gold? I don’t even think it’s a real diamond if the stud isn’t real. A small nose ring for $395 should be real gold and diamond. The order was under Amber Binkley.

There are a few reasons why genuine gold jewelry may darken over time:
Overheating During Sterilization – If the jewelry was autoclaved, flame sterilized, or exposed to high heat (above 450°F / 230°C), the alloy metals or solder joints can oxidize, creating a darkened appearance. Gold itself doesn’t tarnish, but the small percentage of other metals in the alloy can react under those conditions.
Exposure to Harsh Chemicals or Saltwater – Contact with strong cleaning agents, bleach, or saltwater (including sweat) can cause surface reactions, particularly near joints or thin areas.

Disappointing experience
I do like their jewellery designs. I have bought quite a few over the years, and one of them is still good. Others fell apart. The problem with this business is that they only publish good reviews, which I have left in the past, but not the bad reviews, which I have also written. Hence, I am writing about my disappointing experience here. It's hard enough ordering from Australia, as the shipping costs about $50 and takes a month. Whenever you make an enquiry, they send you a generic email, which often doesn't address your question. I just got a piece of jewellery back from them that I returned for repair and alteration 6 months ago (paying extra for this too), only to find that it's not what I ordered.
