When I started my woodworking business, I knew that a laser engraver was going to be a worthy investment. When doing research on brands and machines I landed on Ortur and immediately knew it was going to be the right laser for me. I ended up purchasing the LM3 10w laser. I announced that I would be offering personalized items and started making sales with it immediately. I use it on just about every project consisting mainly of cutting boards and charcuterie boards and have now started utilizing its cutting capabilities as well as engaging leather patches for hats. Once you start exploring what these machines are capable of, the options are endless!

Bonjour à tous, je possède à ce jour le Ortur LM3 ainsi que le LU3-20A 20W j'en suis très content du rapport qualité prix , du matériel de pointe, j'aime beaucoup travailler avec les outils Ortur.

Well, I watched so many YouTube videos about laser engravers, I then came to the conclusion that Ortur seemed to be the best option for me and my needs, and yes, I was correct. I now own three Ortur lasers, LM3 10w - LM3 LE 10w+20w and the LM2 S2 Pro, all of my lasers are still working hard and without any problem, I have made hundreds of engravings and still have not needed to adjust any of the belts, the build quality of the LM3 range is excellent, strong and sturdy with amazing accuracy and speed, and as for the customer support, well they are second to none, on the few times that I have had a question to ask, I always got a reply back within 24hrs via email. Keep up the great work that you are doing to advance the laser technology, thanks Ortur.

Bought my first laser from them. There was a delay in shipping so I contacted them and it was resolved. Would buy from again.

This was a late addition to my setup and wasn't sure about getting one. It took some adjusting in the software and practice to get the hang of but is a fun new option for engraving things. The construction is solid and is heavy so it isn't easily moving around on its own, but light enough to store on a shelf. The versatility of the chuck options is very handy and can handle a wide array of items.

I upgraded from the OLM 3 LE to the OLM 3 20Watt machine and I love it. This machine has been flawless and it's so fast and versatile. Ortur shipped it quickly and I've added a few accessories that all came quickly and very nicely packaged as well. I have the enclosure, the air assist pump, the platform, and a rotary roller all from Ortur and they've been a pleasure to work with for all the orders.

Mon premier laser a été une OLM3, j'en suis ravie, très simple pour un premier laser. Depuis, je n'achète que des accessoires Ortur, car je suis rassurée et j'apprécie, je recommande Ortur, ses lasers et ses accessoires !

Ho acquistato un'incisore ortur laser master 2,sono un principiante in questo campo ma devo dire che con questo laser mi trovo davvero bene, soprattutto é facile da usare.

J’ai un rotary de chez ortur, j’adore le rotary qui permet de graver des verres. Malheureusement si verre n’est pas bien droit il se décale. Donc bien choisir le verre que l’on souhaite graver.

A month ago, I had an issue with a component of a device I purchased from them. When I contacted them, their customer service was excellent, and they consistently followed up on my case. Despite the time zone differences in email communication, they went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They even sent me a replacement component at no cost—completely free. I wholeheartedly recommend Ortur; they create high-quality products and prioritize customer satisfaction.

J'ai acheté un laser Ortur master 2 de 5W. Lorsque j'ai voulu le rendre à cause d'un avis de rappel pour non conformité aux normes Européennes envoyé par CDiscount, le vendeur chinois a rechigné. Il a fallu que CDiscount intervienne pour que je sois remboursé. J'ai ensuite acheté (chez le même vendeur, j'ai du courage...) un laser master 3 de 10 W. Au bout de quelques semaines d'utilisation occasionnelle, le moteur de l'axe des X est tombé en panne. La réponse du vendeur a été "achetez la pièce chez Amazon et faites la réparation vous-même, on vous enverra un chèque de 100 €. Il a fallu encore une fois l'intervention de CDiscount pour que je sois remboursé.
En outre, pour les deux laser, nombreux problèmes de connexion avec mon ordinateur, interruption en cours de gravure, non reconnaissance de la machine. La galère.
Du coup, j'ai abandonné Ortur et ai acheté un Atomstack X20 de 20W. J'ai reçu un Atomstack X30 de 30W à la place. Aucune comparaison d'utilisation. Reconnaissance immédiate, que ce soit par ordinateur ou par la carte mémoire.
