I bought the Ortur Laser Master H10 and so far, am very pleased with it and with the purchase experience and after sale support.
I received multiple email messages from Lucy during the purchase that were very helpful.
I also experienced a problem with the X-axis feed belt not seated correctly and was able to resolve the issue quickly. Again, Lucy communicated with me via email and provided good information on possible causes of the issues I was experiencing and potential solutions.
I got to engrave my first test project, a qrcode onto stainless steel last night and was quite impressed with the speed and outcome!
Would definitely recommend Ortur to anyone looking for affordable entry-level to mid-advanced engraving equipment.

H20 is a bad product. Don't Buy! Firstly when box arrive you notice a lots of grammatical errors. No quality check.
Secondly, laser is faulty unable to engrave straight lines.
Thirdly, camera is faulty and got a defected picture in Lightburn rendering this laser useless. Fourth, support doesn't accept returns or refunds. They don't listen and they don't respond to messages. Fifth they removed my ability to review the laser on their site. They are scammers. Ortur doesn't want you to have a good product,once you buy, it's over

We acquired an ortur laser master 3 approximately 6 months ago, we have obtained very good performance from this machine, it is really very fast and precise.

N’achetez pas chez Ortur c’est des incapable ! Après avoir eu un problème 1 an après l’achat, j’envoie un mail pour une demande de SAV. Ils me répondent qu’il faut que j’envoie une vidéo du problème afin de le résoudre. Chose faite avec une photo en plus via « WeTransfer » et ils sont même pas capable de revenir vers moi et de télécharger les dossier afin d’avoir un support pour identifier le problème ! À fui ! C’est des incapables !

This was my second Laser Machine. I asked a friend of
mine what brand of Laser he had and it was an ORTUR.
I looked on the ORTUR web site and tried to find out as
much information that I could about this machine.
I was looking for a 10W Laser, I looked at the ORTUR
LM2 Pro S2, so I placed an order for one. The machine
was easy to assemble and it worked right out of the box... Imagine that ... unlike another brand I had ordered. I was very happy that my friend had recommended the ORTUR Laser to me. The ORTUR
was well worth the investment. Order one you won't
be disappointed.

I would never recommend an Ortur laser. You can’t get any support other than 1 email per day. Our problems are that the laser stops mid engraving and you can’t restart it wasting the original work piece.

Ortur lasers are the best for me . I have tried many diode for me this is the best so far. The quality, the performance it's all there

Ich habe im Januar einen Gravierer bestellt und dieser war defekt. Mit dem Service schreibe ich nun schon seit Monaten hin und her. Ich soll selbst das Problem lösen, wobei die Firma Ortur mir nicht sagen kann woran es liegen könnte. Es kommt lediglich die Antwort sie haben selbst wenig Informationen zu dem Produkt. Mir wird kein Ersatzprodukt zugesendet oder sich um eine Lösung bemüht. Seit Tagen bekomme ich schon wieder keine Antwort auf meine Mails, mittlerweile 3 Mails geschrieben und Wochenlang keine Rückmeldung.

Würde von dieser Firma dringend abraten und lieber ein paar Euros mehr in die Hand nehmen und bei Firmen wie Atomstack oder XTool bestellen! Durch Kollegen hier NUR gutes mitbekommen, leider erst nachdem ich schon bei Ortur bestellt habe.

Their Facebook account manager promised release date and (more importantly) price and compatibility for their new release - the 40W laser module. Based on this information I disregarded what other manufacturers were already selling at the time, and waited patiently while Ortur kept postponing release.

When they finally did release, it was at a different price, and they are refusing to honor the original promise, despite being presented with screenshots of the conversation and having looked it up themselves.

Furthermore I was being told that my current laser (OLM2) was compatible. Now they tell me I have to upgrade to OLM3, and refuse to give any discount for that either.

They don't own up to their promises, and so I'm done trusting them with my money.

Current machine works okay though.

Ortur is a brand offering, among other things, laser cutting/engraving machines. These are machines that carry out high quality work with rapid and careful execution. Simple to use and secure, making them essential products.

Company did ship my laser cutter but it has a defect. And their support emails won't reply to my messages.

Additionally they have fake reviews (there is a review section on their site but i can't leave a review)

When I first decided to buy a laser engraver I was kinda scared of not being able to operate it or learn the software. When I searched online the ortur brand always popped up and one day I said the hec with it and order the Lm2 s2. To my surprise it was fairly easy to put together since they have videos on how to on YouTube. With the grbl software it was a little challenging at first and thanks to customer support they was always there to help. Yes you need to wait in between messages, cause of the time difference but they was always there for me and I got to lasering in no time. That software actually helped me to start engraving and made it easy for me to transition onto lightburn. Now I’m on my second ortur. So if you are new to this go for it you won’t be disappointed they will work with you and guide you all the way through.

J'ai le ortur Master 3 depuis un an et demi et j'en suis ravi, une machine qui fonctionne parfaitement et qui n'a jamais eu a ce jour un beug... Le produit est super bien fini et j'ai hâte de passer au model au dessus en 20 w..... Merci a l'équipe avec qui j'ai pu échanger plusieurs fois....
