First, shipping was twice as long as advertised. Second, the description of the item was different than what I received. Lastly, I ordered a size larger than the size up I would normally order and it is still small. Bottom line although they look nice I will not wear them.

I wish I could give zero stars. They have no reviews on their website yet claim to have “5 star reviews”.
I ordered an item for $40 that was way too small and very cheap fabric. They refuse to give me a refund and say I can only “exchange” it yet will not give me an address to send the item to or reply to any of my emails. Total scam!!!!

Wish I'd gone on here sooner. Place is an absolute scam. Don't purchase anything from here. Shein sells better quality than them.

Not only did my order for two pairs of pajama pants take over a month to arrive, they came in wrong patterns. I ordered XL assuming that being 100% cotton they would shrink and I like to wear my pajamas pants on the baggier side, the XL looks like a size small to extra small. I currently have a dispute with PayPal to get my money back, if they doesn’t work I will try with my bank. The pictures on their site look super cute, but the material looks scratchy and I am not sure if it is actually 100% cotton. Horrible and misleading company.

My friend, who is elderly, purchased a pair of pj's from this company for me for my birthday. I feel so bad for her. She spent over 40.00 that in honestly I clean my house and car with better quality rags. The material is crap. Looks like it's been washed 100 times. I believe items like this are purchased in stores like 5 below. She ordered for my birthday which was a month ago. It was shipped from China and then another label was placed over top from California. Looking at their website everything looks beautiful. NOT!!! This company and their product is awful! Buyers beware. 0 star review!

It took several weeks to receive my item but it did come eventually. I ordered a jumpsuit. It fits ok but the quality is terrible. Very thin material, unlined, and see-through. Not worth what I paid for it. I guess I won’t try to return since people say it’s pointless.

Complete scam. They are using our brand's copyrighted imagery to claim they are selling our product, but they don't actually have any inventory. They are serving ads to our customers using our actual customer-shared imagery without any rights. This is so wrong and I hope they get taken down.

Horrible experience: wish I had checked this website before ordering. Not only did it take over 5 weeks to receive, but the sizing was also incorrect, and they wanted me to pay more shipping to exchange it. I would leave a zero star if offered. While they respond promptly when your financial institution disputes, it takes days for them to reply to you and even then, it is an automated reply. This is what I get for giving China my business- NEVER AGAIN! Too bad this company has soured my opinion of all of China merchants.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Do NOT order from Original Pajamas! They have no customer service. None. You will not get a refund or exchange. They will keep your money. Worst company award right here.

I haven't received my order, and I am silent whenever I request a refund for items not delivered. It's a shame because the patterns are cute and look like they would be comfortable, but I will never know.

Please don't order from them; they will take your money and run. How this site is allowed to stay active is a mystery. They need to be shut down.

The item I ordered took about 4 weeks longer to arrive than promised. Item did not look like the product advertised. Product was ill fitting. Contacted customer service by phone and email for a total of 12 times--no response. Original Pajamas does not advertise their products originate and ship from China.

The wrong size was sent and I have sent 5 emails, including pictures, and I have left 3 messages on their "Customer Service" line. DO NOT BUY from this company!! I have been trying since May to return these but there is no way to do it!!

Total SCAM!!! I received the merchandise three weeks after the due date. Merchandise is a piece of crap, material not as shown on catalog. Try to return and there’s no way how. Ok you got me this time , but I will make sure you won’t get anybody else . REMEMBER KARMA IS A B, it’s going to get you ass!!! PS they are also under another name “RACHLY” BE AWARE!!!

Ordered 3 pairs of PJ pants and the website said it would be 7-10 days for delivery. After 8 weeks it finally arrived. They don't answer the emails or phone calls. The phone numbers goes straight to a non-descript voice mail. This company is out of China which is not the impression I got from the website. I thought I got scammed and reported it to my credit card. The company got the charges reversed as they provided evidence they finally sent the items (which is fine but seems like this is how they do business). PJ pants themselves are ok, though lots of shrinkage from 1 wash and loose threads were noticed after that 1 wash.

I can't believe this. This is the WORST customer service experience. The dress I received is NOTHING like on the add and on their website. There's no lace in the back to adjust the dress (and the dress came very big so it's not wearable). I wrote to the customer service, sending them the picture of the dress that I received showing that there's no laces and it's not wearable, and they had the AUDACITY to tell me that it's the same dress. I'm so pissed off. I hope we get enough comments (because as you can see, you can't give a review on the website, how convenient for them) to shut them down.

HORRIBLE !!! Took over 2 months to get my order. The product quality is very poor.

It took 5 weeks for me to receive my shipment. I need to return as they dont fit and have been trying to emails/call for several weeks without response. Their refund policy indicates to send email with order number and they will send directions but nothing.

Total scam. Over 2 month later I received my item. It looked like it was for a much younger girl not a woman. Size not even close to what you order. I would say what I ordered was XL and I got an XS.

Cheap material for women’s pajamas. The fabric was way too thin. I ordered ladies large but the pajamas were probably closer to a ladies small. Avoid this company that makes such poor quality items.
