Horrible!! I placed an order on June 9th...we're now into July and I haven't received my product nor a return email or phone call. I have made several attempts to contact this company with no response. Never again!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased an item on 05/20/23, received an email with confirmation of my order number along with order summary receipt. I have made 5 attempts to email them, I've called the phone numbers listed on the website, and have left several voicemails, and guess what...STILL NOTHING!!! I am going to report this to my bank as fraud and hope that I can get my money back.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. DO NOT buy anything from this place. I placed my order on 5/20...still haven't received my stuff. I called, and it went straight to voice mail. I left a message with no response. I also emailed 3 times with no response. I reported it to my bank as fraudulent charges.

I ordered from Original Pajamas on 5/25 got my email confirmation of my order and yet to receive my order it is now 6/9/23. I had to report them as fraud to my credit card company. I am beyond upset and I have yet to receive any response to my many emails and now I get a bunch of spam from them! Buyer beware! I would hav rated them a zero star but that’s not an option.

Just like the rest of you. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered same story as everybody below ordered an item that took my money and I've never received the item I. Had to report them as fraudulent charges. What's terrible is they will shut down and then change the name and start scamming people again.

BUYER BEWARE! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering! I placed an order for one item on May 30, 2023 and they took my money but I still haven’t received my order! I have sent multiple emails and tried calling and it goes straight to voicemail. Do not buy from this company! Lesson learned!

This company is crooked. I received my pajamas but they were too small even though I ordered a size larger than I normally wear. I have contacted them 3 times requesting a return but they are not replying. They state on their return policy you will not get a refund if you return without their approval. I will contact my Visa representatives tomorrow to request that they get involved in this issue. Buyer beware!

I received pajamas from Original Pajamas for mothers day. Shipping took nearly 2 months from date of order to delivery. These pajamas are not worth the price. They are poorly made and the colours and material is not as described and are also a very bad fit due to not having a band on the pajama top and instead just having elastic sewn in.
There are also no tags with care instructions, material composition or flammable properties.
Do not waste your money buying from this business

This company is horrible. I have initiated 3 requests to return an item and they have yet to respond. It’s been several months. They do not return phone calls and reply to emails with a standard email that says to expect a reply in 1-2 business days, which does not happen. The pajamas run very small and the material is stiff and scratchy.

Total SCAM. Took months to arrive and the items are total utter garbage. A baby wouldn’t fit into a large. The sizes are a joke. Bought 6 pairs - all went into the garbage can. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 5 weeks ago and still no pajamas. They give you a tracking number 2 weeks after you buy and then you realize you ordered from China, not the US. Eventually I got a USPS tracking number and it shows the order sitting in Compton, Ca. for 2 weeks. Right after I ordered from them, I received a phishing email saying someone I did not know was requesting money from my PayPal account. It looked like PayPal and had a phone number to call if I did not know the person. Instead I went to the PayPal website and called the number there. It was not an email from them and they had me forward it to their phishing department and delete the email. Is it a coincidence that I got that right after I ordered from Original Pajamas and never received my product? I have sent them 2 emails and a phone call to an answering machine that hung up on me after about 20 seconds. Too bad because their merchandise looks so unique and the fabric quality is described as top quality and the prices are not low so it matches the quality they show with pictures and content. How could I be so stupid? Buyers Beware.

There is simply no way to contact this company- email, phone or text. I have attempted all methods mentioned on their website, and no response. My order arrived late, not what was online, and no way to return. Frustrated, I have contacted my credit card company (Thank God for them!) to dispute the charge. No way to do business, and I do not want their (cheap) products!

I suspect this firm doesn't exist - I ordered several items from them a month ago and it never arrived. I've emailed using their email address and thier 'customer service' link on their website with no response; I've tried calling the number on their website and it is not a working number.
Do not attempt to purchase from this company - they seem to be a scam
Credit card company was able to give me a refund - thank goodness!
