Dishonest and false advertising. They utilize ads from another company and do not provide the product they are advertising. Quality is extremely poor and it took a very long time for product to arrive. I lost close to over $150. I could not believe how badly I was swindled and scammed. I ended up just throwing it all in the trash. I wish I looked up their reviews before purchasing.

I agree with the other reviewers and wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. Didn't realize these were shipping from China. Took about 3 weeks and they were late as a gift for my granddaughter. When they finally arrived they were too small and the wrong pattern. Returns are difficult to impossible. Options are to ship them back to China ($30!) and get 50% refund or settle for 20%. I am still waiting for the 20% and suspect I may never get it. Bad experience from beginning to end.

Sizing not related to sizing guide all sets provided were xx small even though an M and L were ordered, print neither matched the order and was of terrible quantity. Misleading about being a US company offered 20% refund or 50% off next purchase. Proceeding with a dispute/claim with PayPal now trying to bully me. DON’T BUY FROM THEM

I rated this scammer company zero!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Sizing is too small because they are Chinese made. Delivery took forever and were too late to give as gifts. They lied about the return policy. I wasted my money and learned a hard lesson to always read reviews before purchasing.

I wish I had looked at reviews first. This is not a USA company as they suggest. My order took 45 days to get to me from China. By that time Christmas was over and we didn't need Christmas PJs. They weren't even the right ones! I have had over 20 emails back and forth with the company and I just keep getting answers like "tell us why you want to return the item" even after multiple explanations from me. I'm working with my credit card company because this place is clearly not doing anything to help me return the items and get a refund.

They sent me the wrong item, and REFUSE to return it! Complete waste of money and time!

I ordered brown pyjamas, received cream dress. They want a copy of the packaging slip ( none received) have sent photos of my order and what I received. They want more photos.NO REFUND..

Do not buy from original pajamas. It is a complete scam. I ordered dog pajamas and they sent me a totally different product. I sent them an email with a video of what they sent me and a snapshot of the picture and description of the item that I actually bought. Completely different products. I asked them for a prepaid return label and they said they could refund me 10% of the product. Then I told them that is not acceptable as I didn't order the item I received and they told me they can refund me 20% of the product or I'd have to return the product at my own expense for shipping. Shame on me for not checking trust pilot prior to purchasing. The order also took 3 weeks and they originally said it would take 5 to 10 business days. In Summary, I've paid for a product I did not order and they won't issue me a full refund to remedy their error of literally sending me a completely different product than I ordered.

Chinese website. Clothes arrived way too small with a tag in chinesse

The order took a month to come just for it to be wrong when it did arrive. I ordered baby blue pajamas. The ones that came were the correct size, but much darker. They were a dark blue/green. The tank top is cut strange at the top and does not have adjustable straps, so if you have any kind of chest whatsoever this shirt is not going to look right on you. I'm really disappointed, as I was planning on using these as my getting ready pajamas on my wedding day.

Ordered in November from this company and never received pajamas. Tracking they sent me shows my package going from Denver to LA repeatedly. It is January and they are refusing to refund me. Will be disputing charges, thought company was from Canada when ordered product shipped from China.

They did not delivery a Christmas present that was fully paid for. Will be disputing their charge.

Wish I would have usedTrust Pilot before I ordered from the scam company. I ordered Star Wars pj for my grandaughter at the end of November. Unfortunately for me I assumed they were from Ontario. 1.I learned later they came from China. 2. I was charged on my visa in US Dollars. 3 They took four weeks to get here 4 I got some random pattern not a Star Wars pattern and very cheaply made as well as the size was wrong.
Do Not Order from this company! They would get no stars if I had a honest choice.

Unfortunately I made the purchase of several sets of pajamas before I referenced trust pilot. I attempted through their email and voicemail to stop the order for which of course they gave me the run around.
But no problem since I’ll refuse the package and have the amount refunded back to my account.

A very CREEPY SCAM. I would say this is a negative five stars. Every review I've read here about Original Pajamas is exactly my story, same problem. Arrived too late. Horrible quality. Not what was described. Ridiculously small. Strange shape. Top too small for the bottom. In an Attempt to RETURN: No one answers an email unless 2 to 3 days have gone by. They start with an overly formal tone of how concerned they are and then it goes down hill. They purposely don't respond to the question or give the information. No one answers the two numbers I found on the website. If you persist they come around to addressing a return, but don't give you the address just a warning that they won't pay for it. This is SO CREEPY and F'd up. Do yourself a favor. RUN!!!!!! RUN!!!!!!! RUN AWAY!!!!!!

I have the same complaint as the others clothes smell!! This is CHINA I'm so embarrassed I didn't catch that when ordering they even substituted what I ordered for something they called similar it was not even close! They have no warehouse in the USA you need to ship back to China for a refund I'm out $38.00. It took me over a week to get that address. The quality is cheap and horribly made I don't feel I should have to pay to return it.

You do not want to purchase from this site. What it is not telling you is that should you need to return the item, you will have to jump thru hoops, take pictures of everything and send the pics off and then you will get hit with an insane postage cost to return the items as you are returning them to Shanghai China. Not cheap!!!

Be warned!

Do not order from this company. The quality of their products is horrible and not sized correctly. And it took them 2 months to get back to me on my multiple return requests and said I was past the 30 day return window. And they do not provide shipping labels to send products back to China. Complete waste of my time and money. If I could give zero stars I would.

Horrible. Items arrived, smelling of vinegar and too small. The company has a 30 day from the date it arrives return policy, and I have emailed them now four different times without getting instructions for how to return. They wait 3 to 4 days before they emailed me back, and ask for a bunch of unnecessary information

This order took ages to arrive, almost a month, and the fabric was awful, thin, itchy and cheap. It states you can "chat" on their website, but it does not function. This is a big scam where they send you constant offers and it looks legitimate. Don't waste your money or time. Dreadful quality, awful service.
