The pajamas I ordered took nearly a month to arrive and when I got them they were absolute trash. They look nothing like the photos (like a completely different style, color and material) and were sized for a small child even though I ordered a large in adult. They're now offering me a discount on buying more pajamas from them in lieu of a refund. Do not waste your money with this company.

This company is a scam. If you try to cancel your order way before they ship, they ignore you and then they send defective and poorly sized products. When you try to return, they make you ship it back to China which often costs more than the merchandise. STAY AWAY from this company. They are the worst, would not buy a dirty diaper from them!

Do not purchase from this website. Not only are the measurements advertised completely wrong resulting in significantly smaller clothing, but you cannot return them. The company’s warehouse is in China and they do not accept returns due to the high shipping cost. They will only give back 15% of the total order. Unacceptable and also not mentioned anywhere on the site. What frauds.

-Got Delivered ONE MONTH after I ordered. Not able to contact customer service (only the automated response).
-I am wearing size small in US size, ordered medium and large so I have enough room since it’s pajamas, they fit smaller than XS. I gave all of them to my 10 years old daughter.

I made an order the 24 may 24. The 3th June I demanded why the order was not shipped (they said 5 to 10 days shipping) I received the order today 13 june. It is not what I ordered and paid for, wrong color, wrong model (cheaply made) but the size is right. I will not return them, to much trouble. I have a lesson, I will shop only localy in the future.

I am a size 10 but the medium of these was made for a size 2-4. The company is in China and you have to pay for international shipping to return it which is costly. Don’t buy these. It’s a waste of money and time.

They will only offer you a 15% refund.(eaqule to $7) Or a replacement garment of same BAD quality.

Well, should have google for reviews before buying. Similar to other reports, size is way off. The pant is like for a 10 years old girl vs. a M woman size.
The return is impossible, you need to sent to China and pay $30 minimum with US Postal service for a $50 supposedly luxury cotton pajama.
The customer service did respond to my refund request timely, thus it will be ridicule to pay $30 to return and cross fingers it get there and I get the refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!! Product is cheap, not US size, and looks completely different from the site! You are asking to pay $50 on a pajamas that is worth $5! Customer Service is terrible! They offer to give me back 5% but is being difficult in refunding my purchase. Original Pajamas is a rip off! Stay away!

Told them size doesn’t fit and style is wrong. Yet, This is what they say after requesting a refund:

As a courtesy, we would like to give you a 5% discount that will be applied to your current order. Please note that the 5% discount will be applied to the amount of the item only excluding shipping.”

One of those scam companies that take your money for pretty catalog promises then a month later when you finally threaten them for a confirmation or ship date they send one ugly garment nothing like what you ordered then make sure you won’t try to return it so you give up on your $48 and vow to shop local or Amazon from now on.

This company is not reputable in any way, they are a Chinese company and they do not tell you in advance that if you need to return an item you have to pay for return shipping to China which ends up costing as much or more than the item's cost. They offered àme 15% refund and I can keep the pants that don't fit. I can't stress enough Do Not Shop Here!

Ordered 2 x owl pyjama sets for a friends birthday (her favourite animal is an owl). They sent me a flamingo set and a cat set instead. Contacted them and they told me that when an item is out of stock, they send a 'colour/pattern variant'. No where on the website is this stated. I expected to receive owls and I received something completely different. What I received was NOT what I ordered. They refused to refund me as it 'goes against their policy' and offered me a 10% refund on the items. It is false advertising to advertise a product, but then send something different! At no point was I contacted about the lack of stock of the owl Pyjamas, they just picked something at random and told me to deal with it. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare as every email they have sent has been a generic email copied and pasted. What a nightmare! Do not waste your time or money on purchasing from this company. I am now stuck with two sets of Pyjamas that are useless as I cannot use them as the birthday gift they were purchased for.

My actual rating is NEGATIVE FIVE. This company falsely sizes their product and makes a refund or exchange so difficult and expensive that I give up and will donate these pajamas to the local underprivileged. I ordered Elegant Plaid Pajamas in pink for $48.91 (after a 20% discount). A medium was suppose to have a bust measurement of 39". It measured 37". After much assurance that the company wanted me to be completely satisfied through SIX emails, and after providing pictures and documentation of my purchase, I chose a refund rather than a replacement. I was instructed to mail the pajamas to CHINA at a cost of $16! I'm not sure I will EVER get a refund after an additional list of specifications for the return. I'm mad at myself for failing to look for reviews before purchasing, but even madder that this company will no doubt hoodwink others!

Missing product from order for 39.95. No resolution after a month of back forth jibber. No credit,

DO NOT BUY! Item was ordered and shipped literally 2.5 weeks later! During that time they continued to spam me with offers to add to the original order. Unfortunately the order finally arrived after the date I needed it. Try and get a return RMA, as their website indicates for a return, - you won t receive one. Why, because they claim they moved their corporate location from the US to China and the postage is just too expensive. Then they offered me a 20% refund credit on my purchase. While not happy, at all, I accepted to put closure on this bad experience. As of yet, their customer service (under the name Premier Trust) has not replied to my acceptance nor has a credit been refunded. This is a scam company. The quality of their products are horrible. The item I received is going right to charity. Someone may like it. Save yourself money and frustration. Buyer Beware!

Sizes run very small, I ordered three sets of pajamas, I contacted customer support, they asked me to send the measurement dimensions of the pajamas, I did and asked for an exchange for a larger size. The company stated they moved to China and couldn’t refund my money or do an exchange. They wanted to give me a 15% refund and to keep the pajamas, this is not acceptable, buyer beware, please do your research before buying from China (Original Pajamas.)

These stupid people will be under massive investigations by the time I am through with them!!! I rate them ZERO!!! I should've checked the horrible customer reviews before placing an order with them. Of course, nothing I ordered came and the material was horrible and the size wouldn't even fit a celery stick!!! Not to mention the colours were all wrong!!! They are based in China not Mississauga, Ontario and they can sell themselves for Pez candy by the time I am through with them!!!

I thought I was buying from a US company, the company is in China. I needed to return bc these looked like they would fit a child. They offered me 15% then 20% of what I paid for or a store gift card. It's taken me over a week to get an address but I keep getting the same ridiculous offer of less than a quarter of what I paid.
The fabric is cheap, the make is awful.
I do not recommend purchasing from this company.
The Chinese culture is a very honorable, respectful one but this company is anything but!

Like many others here, I wish I had read reviews of this company before ordering. Inconsistent sizing, the wrong item sent, and poor fabric quality made me want to return the items. My emails bounced back, even though I contacted the address they post on their website. I also tried calling the phone number - to no avail. Brutal.
