The order finally arrived after five months, but they sent the wrong items. Unfortunately, I cannot upload photos here, but I was deceived. I have already emailed you photos of what I received and photos of what I ordered, including the order codes, and even so, you refuse to take responsibility. So stop lying.
It is not true that I knew I had to pay taxes. For example, Temu ships many orders to Guatemala and no taxes are charged beyond the value of the purchase at origin. You had already sent me previous orders to Miami and did not charge me any additional costs for the clothing I bought.
What I am requesting is a full refund of my money, not the $10 you are offering, when in reality I paid more than $250 for my order.
How do you expect to refund me only $10 when you made me wait five months for the clothing, even though I paid $20 for a three-day delivery, which is completely false? (I advise no one to choose this express shipping option, because they do not ship it that way.)
The only thing you are proving is that you are scammers. I know you will continue sending emails apologizing, but that is useless if you do not resolve the issue and do not refund the money you stole from me.

FRAUD
In the month of September, I made a purchase for which I paid an additional $20 so that the order would arrive in Miami, Florida within three days. However, the product never arrived, despite the fact that I stayed in Miami for more than a month.
After that, I requested that the order be sent to Guatemala, the country where I currently receive my shipments, and I was told that there would be no problem and that it would be sent there.
Nevertheless, it took five months for me to finally receive the order, which arrived on January 12. For this order, I had to pay more than $70 in import taxes, and to make matters worse, they sent me products that I did not order and that are of very poor quality.
I have been requesting a refund; however, every day they reply with a different excuse, claiming that this is what I ordered, even though I have sent photos and references of my original order.
Therefore, I consider this to be a fraudulent company and I do not recommend it. Please be careful, because if they truly intended to take responsibility, they would have already refunded the money to my credit card, since they are fully aware that they deceived me with the product they sent.

They didn’t send me what I ordered and they refuse to refund the amount (€60). As “compensation” they offered me €8. Absolutely infuriating.
Their response from 27/11 is also false.
2 out of the 3 products I ordered were NOT delivered, as I clearly informed them, attaching photos in my email from 19/10. I sent them a total of 29 emails, and in none of their replies did they provide a coherent solution. I am fully willing to forward my email to anyone who needs it and provide any necessary proof so that no one else goes through this and they stop scamming people.

Su respuesta del 27/11 es tambien falsa. 2 de los 3 productos pedidos NO fueron entregados como así les informé adjuntando fotos en mi mail del 19/10. Les envié un total de 29 mails y en ninguna de sus respuestas me dieron una solución coherente. Estoy disponible para reenviar mi mail a quien lo necesite y justificar lo que sea necesario para que a nadie le vuelva a pasar y no sigan estafando.
Añado nueva respuesta del 2/12/25 en la que me dicen que si quiero que me devuelvan el dinero tengo que devolverles los productos enviados por su parte incorrectamente pero asumiendo yo los costes de envío.

La prenda que me llegó, llegó sin etiqueta, con una mancha e incompleta de cómo describía en la página. A la hora de la devolución, muchos email, sugiriéndome que enviara fotos del producto y después aconsejándome que intentara limpiarlo con cuidado. En ningún momento me iba a devolver el importe como mucho me compensaban con el 15%. Vamos que me quedo con el vestido no me devuelven el dinero. Política de devolución inexistente. Solo te envían emails de cortesía pero que son unos estafadores y ladrones. NO COMPRÉIS.

Ich habe ein Kleid in Größe S bestellt – angekommen ist ein unförmiger Lappen, der eher wie XL oder sogar XXL ausfällt. Die Größenangaben sind komplett falsch und haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Das Kleid sieht überhaupt nicht aus wie auf den Fotos im Onlineshop – es ist schlichtweg eine Katastrophe.
Der Stoff ist billigste 100% Synthetik, fühlt sich unangenehm auf der Haut an und sieht aus wie ein altes, ausgeleiertes Tuch. Von “Mode” oder “Qualität” kann hier überhaupt keine Rede sein.
Als ich den Artikel zurückschicken wollte, weigerte sich der Verkäufer, ihn anzunehmen. Begründung: “Größenabweichung ist kein Rückgabegrund” – was für ein Witz!
Der Kundenservice ist ebenfalls unterirdisch. Ich habe mehrfach geschrieben – keine Hilfe, keine Lösung, nur Ausreden oder gar keine Antwort.
Ich habe über PayPal bezahlt, aber auch dort keine Hilfe bekommen, da Mapledance sich querstellt.
Ich habe 50 Euro verloren und rate jedem: Finger weg von Mapledance! Betrügerisches Verhalten, miserable Qualität, keine Rückgabe möglich, keine Verantwortung.
Nie wieder!

I ordered a dress in size S – what I received looked more like XL or even XXL. The sizing is completely inaccurate and misleading. The dress looks nothing like the photos on the website – it’s an absolute disaster.
The material is cheap 100% synthetic, feels horrible on the skin and looks like a stretched-out rag. Nothing about this dress reflects fashion or quality.
When I tried to return it, the seller refused to accept it back. Their ridiculous reason: “Size difference is not a valid reason for return”. Seriously?!
The customer support is horrible. I wrote several times and got no help at all – just excuses or no answer at all.
I paid via PayPal, but even they didn’t help because Mapledance didn’t cooperate.
I lost 50 euros and I warn everyone: Stay away from Mapledance!
Scammy behavior, awful quality, no returns, no responsibility.

El vestido que recibí no corresponde a la talla anunciada. En la foto del sitio web, el vestido en talla S se ajusta claramente a la cintura. En realidad, me queda 20 cm más ancho y parece una bolsa colgando, aunque siempre uso la talla S.
Sus explicaciones sobre políticas internas no cambian el hecho de que su guía de tallas es engañosa o que las fotos no reflejan el producto real.

Ihre Hinweise auf Rückgabebedingungen ändern nichts daran, dass die Größenangabe entweder falsch ist oder die Fotos nicht der Realität entsprechen.
Ja, PayPal hat zu Ihren Gunsten entschieden — aber das bedeutet nicht, dass Sie im Recht sind, sondern nur, dass Sie formell besser vorbereitet waren.
Ich schreibe diese Bewertung, um andere Käufer zu warnen: Das Produkt kann stark vom Foto abweichen und eine Rückgabe wird schwierig.

E ainda lamentam que seja da minha perceção lamentando a minha frustração apenas da sua incompetência. Sem noção da real, e da legislação que cumprem ou dizem cumprir.
Um mês a tentar dar seguimento a uma compensação sem efeito, irei contudo avançar com processo dentro da legalidade.

I ordered a dress and there was a promotional video and pictures clearly showing the dress. What arrived was COMPLETELY different. Cheap see through material, shiny fabric and dark yellow! Have contacted customer services, sent photos and asked numerous times for a refund but was told I would have to pay $30 to have the item shipped back to China (even though they are advertising as a UK company) They offered 30% refund but why would I accept 30% when the item very clearly is nothing like what was advertised. Clearly a drop shipping company that is stealing other companies videos and photos then refusing to refund customers. This company is a SCAM!! Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely terrible experience – feels like a scam!
I placed an order on 29th June and paid an extra £15 for express delivery. It’s now been well over a week, and the order hasn’t even been shipped. After 5 days of silence, I asked them to cancel the order since they clearly failed to deliver on time – they ignored me completely!
They refuse to cancel, don’t respond to emails, and I’m now left with no dresses and no refund. They took my money and gave me NOTHING in return.
This company is a disgrace. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and clearly don’t care about their customers.
Avoid at all costs – total scam.
