The delivery was left outside gate at heat wave
The delivery was left outside gate at mid-day with heat wave and over 30 degrees. The driver didn’t ring the door bell although I was waiting at home. Some food boxes were completed defrosted. It could have been worse with all frozen food being defrosted if I hadn’t kept checking the delivery arrival.

It’s certainly not the standard we expect, and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially with the delivery being left outside in such high temperatures and without the driver ringing the doorbell. I’m glad you were able to catch it when you did, but I appreciate this could have been much worse.
We will look into this with the courier as a priority to understand what happened here.
Could I also ask whether you managed to take any photos of the delivery or the condition of the boxes when you received them? That would really help us when raising this further.

Good food for Bengal cats
Good food for Bengal cats. Mine are roughly 16 week year old kittens. However, delivery is bad. Considering it’s frozen food, they just leave it outside the door. Had this twice.

Ordered food to be picked up
Ordered food to be picked up , apparently a 4 hour wait! had to pay by waiting for email invoice!
whilst i realise I am only a small buyer and customer and that your company has got bigger , you should not forget the loyal customers that have been with you for over 11 years; in this instance I was very disappointed with the service I received, but upon reflection I can see the reasoning behind the change of company structure.

Great product - fast delivery
Always deliver really quickly meaning the dog doesn't go hungry. Always packaged well and arrives in perfect condition. The low-purine product is perfect for our dog who has suffered from pancreatitis in the past

Poor delivery AGAIN.
I’ve just had an order delivered, and I am again very disappointed. I live in the Highlands and thus have a “two day” delivery (it’s never two days from the notification of despatch). From previous terrible experience ordering through nutriment, I know only to order on a Monday very first thing to ensure that my delivery is despatched on time so that the delivery company don’t reject the delivery if it doesn’t get here by Friday (they don’t deliver on a weekend).
I ordered this on Monday morning and received an email that the products had been despatched on Tuesday. I thought everything was fine. The delivery company delivered the box on Thursday (three days from despatch). When I opened the delivery everything is fully defrosted! There is no wool packing or freezer packs in either of the boxes which is therefore obvious why this has defrosted. I understand you have advised previously that the products can be refrozen again, but they’re not just a little defrosted, they don’t even feel cold. I’ve sent a photo of the delivery, to show there was just a bit of paper in one box (I presume to keep cold, but it was literally a torn half A4 piece of brown paper), that’s it!!
I am have honestly tried to stay with Nutriment as a customer. I started with them with my previous dogs about five years ago. I have always had large dogs and have spent / would spend a large amount with them. I feel extremely let down by Nutriment and I’m contemplating swapping over to Bella and Duke. I sent a complaint and have heard nothing, they honestly don’t care.

Its really a shame I've had too many issues…
Its really a shame I've had too many issue with my orders and the food. I started using them to try my small dog on the raw food diet, from the first order the food was turning up defrosted and when I complained they were quick to offer compensation but they still praised their packaging choice, even though this became a regular issue over two further orders. Also, I spoke to CS to query the bone content and was reassured the bone was grounded down to a powered consistency. However I was picking out quite large (for a small dog) pieces of bone from every serving. Over time my dog also started getting intestinal blockages and so i chose to ditch the raw diet and move her on to the semi steamed version, as this doesn't have bone and was similar to 'Different Dogs' consistency which she would digest. However, again if the food wasn't defrosting the packaging was insufficient and the food was getting damaged in transit. I've had two compensations by this company because of their failures in receiving the items defrosted or damaged. When has all been documented, since the last issue I'm having to chase them for a response and refund and still weeks later nothing. I've made a final order from them so i can ween my dog off it whilst i go back to 'Different Dog' food was never defrosted or damaged, unfortunately she doesn't gobble it down like she does this but their customer service and failures do not appear to be taken seriously. Otherwise I would have no issue stayed with this company i they could just fix the transit problems. They don't seem to care. Also lots of bone fragments in the raw food which is the reason i came to them in the first place. Real shame.

Turkey puppy nuggets recommended
I was recommended to feed my pups Nutriment raw puppy nuggets.
Very easy to defrost and portion and pups cleared their dishes every meal.
They have thrived and grown healthy and strong.
Just converted to adult food and trying various flavours, there are lots to choose from. Turkey and Salmon being their favourite so far!
Plan to continue feeding Nutriment into adulthood.
