Horrible
Placed an order on 5/06 with dispatch date 11/06 as I’m away for a week so preordering for return. The company posted the same day and according to DPD the parcels got delivered on 06/06. Were they delivered? I don’t know, I AM AWAY. This is why I choose dispatch date a week later. Why even give an option to choose your dispatch date if you do not respect it?
Wasted £150, as I’m convinced on my return - if the food is still outside of my house at that point and not stolen- it all will need to go to bin. Going back to the previous company. At least they respect the dispatch date of your choice.
Contacted customer service on the same date once I realized they’ve actually posted it - no response. Still haven’t heard anything back.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, spend your money elsewhere. Now I’ve lost money and still need to purchase food for my dog.

My Romanian rescue went straight onto this food with no problems, I hate been home cooking for years for him but so time consuming.. this is the best raw feed I could find.

Service is worse
Since you have moved, I have found both your phone service and collection service to be worse. To phone the maker of a product to place an order and to be told you have no stock is ludicrous.

Please add "fragile"/"handle with care" sticker
Past 2 orders the styrofoam inner box has been broken, so maybe, please, consider adding a "fragile"/"handle with care" sticker for the delivery company to be more gentle. The product was half-way thawed due to the damage. Luckily salvageable, but who's to guarantee that this will always be the case.

Poor delivery service
Poor delivery service. Ordered on 27th May, items were picked up by courier on the 1st but not delivered until the 4th. When the items arrived they were all spoiled. I was surprised to find no signs of ice packs etc. the food packs had just been placed inside the cardboard box. Such a shame as feel the range they offer if great but such a poor experience. Waiting now for a refund and will go back to Bella & Duke. In the 4 years of using them I've never experienced any issue with deliveries.

My dogs love Nutriment.
We have been using Nutriment raw chubbs for over 10 years now. It is easy to order, prompt efficient delivery service, and good customer service. The product for our dogs is great, they have lovely coats and small easy to pick up poos!

Delivery service is terrible
The quality of the food is fine, my cats liked it but Ive had so many issues with delivery. A number of times they've had to redeliver because of a courier error and customer service seem to ignore notes. All I was asking for was weekday delivery office hours. Ive now officially given up, its wasting my time and money and Im going to try another company. Shame

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. After a delivery arrived in the recent hot weather, I discovered that my raw rabbit food had sadly defrosted. I called customer services and I had a replacement despatched immediately.. which is great because I have a VERY fussy toy poodle, and this is the only thing he eats with relish!

Excellent service - I bought the puppy food following on…
I bought the puppy food following on from the breeder. I initially tried to order the starter pack but this was out of stock. I was notified that it was back in stock within a couple of days and reordered. The starter pack arrived promptly without issue. My puppy loves her food and eats every scrap.

Ordered on 5th May but still not received. It would appear that leaving a negative review is the only way to get customer service to reply. Great dog food but terrible delivery. My partner also placed an order around the same time and has still not received his either and is still waiting for a reply.

What is going on Nutriment?
So apparently trust pilot is also customer relations for nutriment as I am still waiting on a reply from them regarding an order placed on the 11th of May. A customer service agent got in touch after I left my other review with instructions to call them back but they left no number and the number they called from was withheld.
Cmon guys this isn't rocket science. The customer buys something you ship it to them.
Can you please just refund my order. I do not have time for this back and fourth.
