Awful customer service
I emailed 2 minutes after placing the order asking them to cancel it and they refused. Won't be dealing with Nutriment again!

We’re sorry you’re unhappy with the outcome, but we’d like to clarify the timeline.
Your order was placed late at night, outside our support team’s office hours. For reason, you ordered it by mistake.
Our fulfilment team processes orders early in the morning for prompt dispatch. By the time our support team was online and able to review your cancellation request, the order had already been fully fulfilled and could no longer be cancelled.
We understand you contacted us shortly after placing the order, but once an order has entered fulfilment, we are unable to stop or remove it from the shipment. As explained to you in the email.
As previously advised, you are welcome to return the entire box, and we will be more than happy to issue your refund once it has been returned to us.
We can see this was your first order with us, and we’re sorry that your first experience has ended this way. However, we have provided the available options and remain happy to assist with the return and refund process.

Misleading product information
Purchased 3 x 10 goat ears £22.95. They were very small & flat. No chunky part at the base. Nothing like the product pictured on the website. One bag only contained 9 not 10. Product details state 10 pieces weigh approx 240g. Each ear I received weighed under 7g. So thats nowhere close. Wouldn't bother ordering these again. Very disappointing.
UPDATE: I was sent an email by the company requesting a review. The above, is what I filled in. After leaving my 2 star review, I was contacted with the offer of a refund, once a courier has collected the ears. However, my dogs have already eaten them, so a return is not possible. I did not request a refund or lodge a complaint about the product. I simply gave an honest review as requested.

I purchased the kilo bag of dried rabbit ears. Payment was easy.
Delivery was fast, with emails to let me know my order was on its way.
My pooch was very happy to a kilo bag full to the top with her favourite treat.

The delivery was a day late through Amazon. Although my dog was very excited to receive some duck wings,unfortunately after eating one she brought it all back up about 2 hours later. Won't be purchasing again.
