My dog, who is extraordinarily difficult to feed, absolutely loves this food and hops around the kitchen at mealtimes. Such a relief to finally find something he enjoys eating. 10/10 Nutriment

didnt realise the gently steamed range…

didnt realise the gently steamed range contained cassia gum which according to google is a controversial ingredient and best avoided for dogs withh sensitive stomachs which mines have
no mention of it in all about dog food site,cant risk it im afraid so i binned it

charged for out of stock item /lost order twice since

The invoice had an entry saying sorry some items out of stock
But i was still charged for them ? it took a few emails but eventually I received a refund
I was a bit put off had I not checked I would've been overcharged
I gave them the benefit of doubt and placed another order after 5 days of nothing
After contacting I was informed there was a glitch and the order wasn't processed
Although payment was ? I was told the order would be despatched and arrive in a few days
after another 5 days of no parcel I emailed again And ended up being offered a refund
As second parcel has disappeared ?
Erin customer services replies very quickly and is straight on sorting the problem
shame there's not another Erin in other departments 3 to 5 days for refund
what a waste of my time

Best dog food on the market

Best food for any spaniel types such as cockerpoos etc.
No more visits to the vets with anal problems. This resolves all those problems whilst providing great nutrition in easy to store and serve portions.
Your dog will thank you for it

i'm a new customer having just…

i'm a new customer having just collected my 8 week old puppy and placed 2 orders now - the breeder recommended Nutriment as she has been feeding her pack with it for years - customer service and communication has been very good and whilst I can't obviously provide a personal view of the taste of their products my puppy does cartwheels around me every time I am preparing his meals!

Delivery is getting later and later and…

Delivery is getting later and later and sometimes not even on the same day, when the food defrosts it smells off, I think it’s because it’s not left in a refrigerator, this has happened a few times and if it happens again I’m not ordering anymore

I love this food but ordering it direct…

I love this food but ordering it direct was a bit of a messy disaster. The box had not been well handled by the courier and the packaging allowed too much room for movement so my sausages of raw meat were well and truly bashed. I emailed to let Nutriment know but never heard back. So I may in future only buy from stockist instead of getting it delivered.

I haven’t recive any order

I haven’t recive any order , I suppose to pick it up from the ho but I haven’t receive any text or email saying is ready to pick up .

Your front of house employees need more…

Your front of house employees need more management support to keep customers informed of stock availability., following being out of stock.

Your systems are slow, collection at appointed time should be swifter. Chairs for waiting customers in shop required.

Put up with it at moment as product is good., however you nearly lost me to another raw meat provider.
Just hope service improves.

Efficient and reliable deliveries of good quality food

Since we started using Nutriment about 5 years ago, they have improved massively. Their website is very intuitive now and makes it easy to re-order. Their deliveries are 100% reliable and efficient, sometimes arriving the next day, but never a wait longer than 2 days. The quality of the food has never wavered and our dogs love it.

No response from chat, order put on hold

No response from chat, could not find a phone number. Order was delayed with no explanation. Eventually replied saying awaiting stock for one item so order was put on hold. Advised to just remove item as food needed urgently which was done. Should have been given the choice straight away.
