Delivered on one of the hottest days of the year in double cardboard box instead of styrene, so meat was melting.

Very happy customer
Our dog has been eating Nutriment raw food all her life (she's now over 13 years old). She loves all the flavours and has always been really healthy. It is easy to control her weight and I really like that the food provides her with all the nutrients she needs to live a healthy, well balanced life. The food comes on the requested delivery days and always arrives fully frozen.

This was our first time ordering from…
This was our first time ordering from Nutriment as our new puppy has been raised on Nutriment Working Puppy. Our first order arrived thawed as the delivery company delivered over 24hrs after the stated delivery date/time, which of course was not Nutriment’s fault. I contacted them to let them know what had happened via email and phone as I know they would have been busy because of the ongoing heatwave in the UK. I spoke to Jamie and he sent out a new batch which arrived the next day by a different delivery company and this time it arrived earlier than expected! We are now all set for collecting our pup and we are really grateful for the great support and swift replacement. Thank you :)
