Only half of my order was received
Only half of my order was received,either not delivered or removed from my doorstep...the courier failed to follow written instructions on the front door AND their own "delivery instructions website" and simply left a package on the doorstep in full view of the main road and bus stop.... unbelievable!!! I contacted NUTRIMENT and the missing items were delivered the next day to THE FRONT DOOR STEP OF AN UNENCLOSED GARDEN... AGAIN!!!??? The courier they used,DHL, still have not responded,beggars belief,

In the advent of a complete recall of…
In the advent of a complete recall of my dog’s food, I was advised by a canine nutritionist to switch to Nutriment’s Gently Steamed range.
In what was a very fraught time, I ordered a couple of packs from a couple of flavours and cut my dog over to them with no issues.
Delivery is quick, helps you can choose the dispatch day.
Hopefully this is now my dog’s “forever” food

I'm giving 5* because this food arrived…
I'm giving 5* because this food arrived beautifully packed and incredibly fast. The containers were easy to open and the quality of the food looked great - so easy to dish up too - no prep. However, my older dog decided NOT to eat it. He is a Pointollie, very fussy, and plain refused a teaspoon of it. I have kept the food in my freezer for now.
