Our Mastiff puppy came with the instructions from his breeder than for him to be his best, he needs to be fed raw.
We looked into home cooking it, but decided it was too complicated for us, and having looked at other raw companies, Nutriment really works well for us. We have a fortnightly subscription for his food, so we don't even pay for the postage only the food.
And if we ever need more food or less food we can get extra or just skip a delivery. The subscription is fantastic for our needs!

Having struggled to find a food that…
Having struggled to find a food that works for my 3 dogs i was skeptical about how they would get on with Nutriment however they have gone absolutely mad for it. We are moving into month 5 now of feeding Nutriment and they still go as mad as they did one day 1.
The flavour choices are brilliant and varied for a dog with a poultry allergy

Delicious and nutritious food
Efficient delivery. There is a variety of nutritious meals to choose from. My dog loves them all and and cries enthusiastically when I am dishing it out at mealtimes.

Great and easy to order
Great and easy to order. Delivery was poor. Not delivered until 5:15 in afternoon. Some of the raw food had thawed out, with blood leaking into container.

My order arrived totally defrosted. After phoning I was advised this couldn’t be dealt with over the phone and to email, still waiting on a reply. I’m a first time buyer with this company , never again.

I’m so sorry about this. I’ve looked into your order and can see that unfortunately the courier delayed the delivery, which has resulted in the food arriving defrosted.
I’m also really sorry that you were advised to email us and then didn’t receive a response. I’m not sure why the original email thread was closed without this being resolved, but that absolutely shouldn’t have happened.
This is completely unacceptable, particularly as this was your first order with us, and I completely understand why you’re so disappointed.
We can either arrange a replacement order to be sent out to you for delivery on Sunday, or if you would prefer, I can issue you with a full refund. Please just let me know which you would like and I’ll get this sorted for you.
Again, I’m so sorry, Holly. This is certainly not the experience we want any customer to have, especially on their first order.

Only half of my order was received
Only half of my order was received,either not delivered or removed from my doorstep...the courier failed to follow written instructions on the front door AND their own "delivery instructions website" and simply left a package on the doorstep in full view of the main road and bus stop.... unbelievable!!! I contacted NUTRIMENT and the missing items were delivered the next day to THE FRONT DOOR STEP OF AN UNENCLOSED GARDEN... AGAIN!!!??? The courier they used,DHL, still have not responded,beggars belief,
