My opinion is that there is nothing gently steamed about this food at all. It appears to be exactly the same as any old cheap wet dog food. The kind of food my dogs are absolutely not interested in. Not what I was hoping for at all.

Poor subscription service and customer service
As a subscriber to 6 weekly dog food delivery and I have been disappointed and disgusted by the service provided by Nutriment. Of my 5 orders, 40% have failed to be delivered on time- at times there was a 10 day delay. When contacting customer service to gain clarify on order updated and the service I was met with extremely rude staff who were unable to apologise or accept any fault. I have now cancelled my subscription service and will be taking my custom elsewhere

Delays of this nature are simply not acceptable, particularly when you've chosen a subscription service with the expectation of receiving your dog's food reliably every six weeks.
I'm also very sorry to hear about your experience with our Customer Service team. We pride ourselves on supporting our customers with empathy and professionalism, so it's disappointing to hear that you felt your concerns weren't acknowledged or that we failed to apologise for the issues you encountered.
We appreciate that after experiencing delays with 40% of your orders, your confidence in our service has understandably been affected. This is certainly not the experience we want any of our customers to have.
We'd really like the opportunity to discuss this with you personally and better understand what happened. One of our management team will be giving you a call to talk through your experience in more detail and see if there's anything we can do to put things right.

Better after upgrade and reorg
I am using Nutriment for more than 15 years now. After sorting out minor niggles following their reorganisation and main storage upgrade, they are back to their normal operations, and I believe they now have subscription helping to organise your furry friend's feeding process.

Didn’t receive order
Was told another one would be sent immediately next day delivery - didn’t arrive
I called to ask - and was told there were no notes to say I had called twice before
So no food , had to very quickly source another food ( we all know what changing foods for your dog means ) customer service full of false promises , and even got snotty when I’d finally said are you joking me - turns out it wasn’t in stock , and wasn’t going to be in stock - a month of having my money - several calls , and just rude

My order was delivered the day after I ordered the rabbit. My dog has allergies and that is the only one that suits her. No itching or diarrhoea. Definitely order again.
