I bought the chicken and lamb bone broth for my very fussy cats! They really enjoyed it and their bowls were licked clean!
Thank goodness Nutriment use a reputable delivery company. After lots of issues with a well known (other) delivery firm, I only buy from companies that use DPD, Royal Mail, Yodel (or independent couriers).

I never received my package
I never received my package, and despite contacting customer service, I never received a response. This was extremely disappointing and left me £66 out of pocket. Very poor customer service, and I would not recommend ordering from this company.

This would have been 5 stars however I…
This would have been 5 stars however I had some issues with the website and completed a contact us section but no one ever contacted me. The website states they offer 10% off your first order however when you use the promo code if products are already on sale this bumps up the cost. No where does it states that 10% needs to be on full cost items. There website also kept adding a yak chew which I didn't want and couldn't delete out of the basket when trying to add the code it would then charge me for this instead of it being a free item.
The website definitely needs to be more user friendly, however the products received were great and as described. I usually buy the nutriment products from a local small business however they have put their prices up and whilst checking he website these were considerably cheaper so I decided to buy direct.
I like the fact that they had offers if you bought more then one product to allow to you save some money which is ideal as I spent over £100

Items ordered are excellent, one very happy dog
The first parcel is still travelling around the U.K. somewhere never to be seen again but when I emailed to say I had not received it your customer service department were more than helpful & got a repeat order in the post immediately.
The second parcel arrived promptly (sadly the outer packaging was soaked & stank but that is a problem for DPD not you). At last my dog is happy & quiet with his doggy gobstoppers as I imagine, are our neighbours!
The order also included some moonbones which he also likes very much & your kind gift of a Yak chew which I’ll keep by until a suitable moment but I know he loves them.
