Chemical nasty smell to dogs won’t eat them!!
Bought a large order of dog treats for my three dogs and they won’t touch the majority of them! They smell like chemicals not a meaty/farm smell you’d expect at all. When I used to use this company prior to Nutriment taking over all treats were fantastic and the dogs went nuts for them so don’t know what’s happened but won’t be buying again and will be telling friends too!!

Shocking Customer Service
Made an error in not changing an old delivery address from several years ago but immediately after placing the order replied to the order confirmation email as stated, there is no other form of contact available as no number provided on the website.
It was 3 days and the order had already been shipped before I received any reply, after chasing up for a second time.
The delivery was refused as expected but DHL state to contact the seller. Their response has been nothing they can do and my only option is to go to the address and attempt to get a solution with the new owners.
I find this totally unacceptable and unprofessional and fail to see as the owner of the shipment they cannot solve the issue with the address with DHL themselves.
A substantial amount of money, nearly £500 was spent on the order which I am now out of pocket on, and the company has basically asked their hands of it and refused to help in any way or form.

We completely understand how stressful it is when an order is sent to an old address, especially for an order of this value.
Although the incorrect delivery address was entered when the order was placed, we wanted to do everything we could to help. We have been in contact with the courier, escalated the matter with their team, and have processed a replacement order to your correct address.
Your replacement should arrive this weekend, or Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
We'd also just like to mention that your initial message reached us over the weekend when our office was closed. We do have a customer service telephone number listed on our website for urgent enquiries, which can often help us act more quickly in situations like this.
We're pleased that we were able to resolve the issue by arranging a replacement, and we hope this demonstrates our commitment to helping our customers, even when circumstances are outside our direct control.
Thank you again for your patience, and we hope you'll give us the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.

Fantastic company. They make really good dog treats and have excellent customer service. I had an issue this week and it was resolved within a couple of days and they even sent a freebie. Really lovely, friendly people. Go to their stand at Crufts if you are ever there.
