My dogs love Nutriment, plenty of flavours, excellent for weaning puppies. Its just a shame the postage is so high. I havnt got the freezer space to order the amount for free postage. Nevertheless as long as my doggies continue to thrive and enjoy this food I wouldnt have go anywhere else.

Customer for 10yrs plus
Customer for 10yrs plus. Placed order30 June am. Order delivered 3 July pm. Dumped on front door mat. Bell not rung. Unpacked straight away to find food defrosted. Not acceptable. Rang Nutriment. Apologies, new order but not delivered till 8/7 pm. I have to pack food in my freezer then unpack for collection. Hope this plan works as I only have freezer space for 20pa ks.

Good customer service in action…
I have been feeding my dog Nutriment Raw Turkey for over a year. She absolutely loves it. I order it regularly and recently moved to a subscription every 4 week. Nutriment kept me informed every step through to despatch. The courier looked to be doing a good job but failed to deliver the frozen chubbs on the day promised. They then said it would be delivered the end of the next day. By which time the meat would be unusable. I rang Nutriment who apologised (though it wasn't their fault) and sent a replacement which arrived safely all still frozen. That is good customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending both the product and company.

food was 24 hrs late in mid summer
food was 24 hrs late in mid summer. was not frozen when it got here. and had to be re frozen. Dogs got sick eating the first chubb and it smells weird. Had to bin it. Defrosting 2nd chubb now so we'll see

Low Purine & Phosphorus Support. After trying every renal food we could find to no avail, my little dog who has recently been diagnosed with early stage 2 renal disease absolutely loves this food which is the next best thing to renal food as it is low in purine and phosphorus. It is good value for money and was delivered quickly and in good condition.

I was recommended this company from my previous cat food supplier. I don’t have any issues or concerns with the service or the products overall. Delivery is swift, communication is good. I’ve never had to use customer service so cannot comment on that. Food quality is good and packaged well.
I have only rated it a 4 star as compared to my previous supplier, this company is much higher in cost. I buy my food in bulk and freeze at home as I am a breeder and only feed a raw diet to my cats and kittens. So aside from the cost element. I would recommend.

Great food
Great food, our puppy likes the majority of the options. Delivery is always fast and kept updated so know when it will arrive. Packed well. Only small issue is sometimes there are out of stock products which is challenging when you are doing a large order and can only order a couple of meat choices.

The service is normally excellent although recent delivery was mixed with, I believe, a problem with your receipt of foodstuff from the wholesaler. Now recieved and all good…..although I had to buy some fresh mince to tied me over.

I am so happy with Nutriment, firstly because my puppy loves this food and she is fussy and secondly, when I placed an order and the delivery company DPD did not deliver it when they said, I contacted Nutriment and they reshipped it to me straight away. They were polite and very understanding on the phone, excellent customer service! I was so impressed with the lady who helped me.
