Spent 14 euro on helium balloons in their portlaoise store. They were for my granddaughter who had just passed her driving test. She was delighted when I brough them down to her that evening. However we were disgusted next morning to find them on her bedroom floor having deflated. I went back to Mr price to speak to a manager but there wasn't one in store. I was told by a young staff member that the balloons only last 8 hours. We have been buying helium balloons for years and have never heard the likes of this. I was asked to leave my number and a manager would contact me but this didn't happen which shows the company have no regard whatsoever for their customers. You should have a sign where the balloons are saying they only last up to 8 hours as this is really robbing people of hard earned cash

Met the rudest shop assistant ever in Mr price in Ferrybank, Waterford today. I asked if my 6 year old daughter could use the bathroom as she was bursting and the toilet was blocked in barbers next door where my son was getting his hair cut
. Her words were "no not allowed" and immediately turned her back. There is not another unit open in the retail park my daughter had to pee beside a hedge with me hiding her as best I could.. I know there are rules but surely there can be allowances made it was just rude and cruel to young child.

Loved shopping here on my trip to Dublin... Lots of gifts and sweets and prices are great! Stocked up on toiletries here as well. Staff are nice and friendly!

Having picked up items off the shelf at a price , only to find that the price is more expensive when I went to pay, said to the staff member that they are suppose to sell the item for the marked price only to be told that the price on the computer is the correct price, needless to say I told them they can keep it . This has happened a few times in the same store

Bought items online, delivery came missing four things. Customer service number is never answered and voicemail is always full so no luck there. Emailed and was told it would be fixed and it was not at all. Now I’m being ignored. Left a comment on social media(Instagram) explaining the issue and to ask for someone to help and the comment was deleted. It was a good opportunity for them to simply resolve their mistake and instead they just ignored me. Such a shame as they have great products but the customer service online is dreadful. I’m at a loss now, luckily not a large amount of money but will put me off ordering again as I had issues with a previous online order(which to be fair was corrected) but as a result I feel it was not a one off unlucky incident. I will be letting my friends and family know not to use online as a result of this as there appears to be no comeback when you are left short items. The fact it happened to me I am sure it has happened to other customers so it is a case of buyer beware.

I will never shop at ANY Mr price ever again, in Athy I got caught out with wrong pricing. Two days later I had to go in with my daughter in Naas, I bought a few items and picked up 2 among us blind bags priced at 1.49, I didn't notice the price as I had bought a few bits, when I got home I was about to throw the receipt in the bin, and did a quick check, I was charged 3.99 each for the toys, I have noticed this happening over the years, I should have paid more attention, but why does this keep happening in this store. They can't all be mistakes, why are they misleading people?

Had to get ballons blown up for a conformation at the last minute the girls at Mr Price Laytown Misha and Lizzy blew up the balloons while maire and another member of the team dealt with customer traffic. Customer sevice to a tee a great team

I visited the Mr Price store in Palmerstown on Tuesday with the intention to return items I no longer needed but without a receipt I wasn't hopeful, when speaking to staff they could not have been more helpful with my request and got the manager Mark down to deal with my request Mark was very polite and helpful and my request was dealt with with a smile, thank you to all the staff in Mr Price Palmerstown will definitely be calling again. 😃

From a customer service prospective Mr price at ClareHall fails at all levels! Staff are rude, shp display messy, products prices misleading and inaccurate. Eg. I purchased some cat litter that showed offer price of 2.99, when i went to the till i was charged 4.99 per pack. When said it was on offer at lower price. The lady at till said: it must have been the wrong pice! Do yous not wanted now?? No apology given. What happend to stores having to honor prices shown?? Very disappointed experience

I visited the Protea Glen Mall store on the 11/09/2020.
The store is quite small compared to other branches, however I had an amazing point of sale experience.

I went into the store looking for just one item and managed to get 3 beautiful items at almost next to nothing, this all happened because of the bubbly,helpful self made Andiswa who assisted me at the till by up selling some of the items that were on special that I had missed because they were not marked..

It was really amazing to pick a few more items at no extra cost to my pocket or budget.

She is really amazing and her positive energy and spirit made me enjoy shopping at this store - and will definitely go back for more shopping.

We need more of her caliber in the retail industry.Great personality and great customer service.
