Bought a s25 ultra that was described as excellent
Received a phone with a nice chip gone out of the gorilla glass. Finger nail rub along the chip can feel how bad it is
Also a nice scratch/crack on the rear glass

Their support takes an age to come back
And I am not satisfied with their suggestions

Would not recommend to others

Got a Samsung S 21 FE. All working well so far. Went for excellent condition and appears as a new phone. Arrrived promptly in 3 days ahead of 7 days advised .
Only issue is extended warranty started when ordered even though I didnt have the phone. Cover should start when phone is delivered not ordered as Back Market responsible for it until purchaser receives it

I was sent an "offer" after browsing their UK site where I bought a phone recently.

I was looking for a small cheap server, identical to a previous purchase bought here in Ireland.

I was emailed with the offer at a cheap, acceptable price, but the companies UK site does not deliver to Ireland. The desktop unit was a mere £80 which was perfect for a low performance, simple server.
The same device or it's equivalent was 130 euro on the Irish site.

I really am sick of being treated like a right gullible mark when living in Ireland, even a bloody sim card is three times the price I pay for my English accounts.
Anyway they should not have emailed this fantastic offer to me as it has simply put me right off yet another profiteering company that sees Ireland as a competition free source of cash rich numpties.

I didn't find what I wanted at £80 elsewhere, but my supplier of new stuff also does refurbished gear at virtually the same price in the UK and Ireland without discriminating against Irish deliveries.

Frankly the 130 euro would probably be acceptable before the £80 offer arrived, but I dislike being taken for a fool and will not use this company again.

Five stars. I gave 4.5 before, but now I am very happy with it. It's working perfectly. Thank you.

Terrible delivery times. Blame the courier, this case DHL Express, use a better delivery company or don't promise false leadtimes, very disappointing.

My Samsung laptop was not repaired due to it not being “economical” despite it only needing a simple screen repair. Research shows a new screen is a mere £200 pound. Instead I have been issued £599 in store credit. Unfortunately, this does not resolve the issue for me.

My original laptop had a significantly higher specification than any of the replacement options currently available on Back Market. In addition, Samsung is selling brand‑new Galaxy Book4 Edge models for less than the refurbished prices on Back Market. This means the store credit does not allow me to obtain an equivalent or better device, and therefore does not represent a fair replacement for the value of my original machine.

I would give the service from Back Market 10 starsif I could. I made a mistake with the screen size of the phone I ordered. It was no problem I returned the phone and had a refund as soon as the phone was received back by the seller.

Noticed two things
1) European style power cord supplied, should have been a UK style power cord (for Ireland)
2) The keyboard on the laptop has a US English layout rather than GB English layout. The item I purchased appeared to be advertised as having a GB English layout
