What is the difference between two HD with touchscreens

I could not tell the difference between the two hard drives with touchscreen. I sent customer inquiry and request clarification on Facebook stream. I received no answer

I have ordered 2 of MOVE SPEED RX20…

I have ordered 2 of MOVE SPEED RX20 Portable SSD on 2nd October 2024. Today is 10th February 2025.
Still not delivered over 4 months.
I've placed order and paid it on 2nd October 2024. Also paid extra delivery insurance.
I've sent few e- mails to MOVESPEED support. Replies were very slow, took about 3- 5 days, after resending twice.
Reply from support on 23 Jan 2025:
"We understand that you may be anxious to receive this item, so we are closely monitoring the shipping progress. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Cargo still lining up to enter Europe.
If it is not delivered on February 5, we will send you a replacement and change to a faster logistics provider!".
And another reply on 7th Feb 2025:
"Dear customer, your order we are checking with the logistics service provider, after reaching the European transit station will be replaced with a faster logistics and distribution solutions, please wait patiently, due to the logistics service provider's delays we apologize, if the goods are not delivered within this month we can provide you with replacement and replacement of fast airfreight flights!"

I don't think I will receive it at all, so I have to take any legal actions to get at least refund.

Absolutely disappointing and useless support. The most frustrating is the lies they tell you.

Support is the criterion of accountability and reliability of the Company.
I've lost my confidence in MOVESPEED as a trustworthy company.
My bad experience lesson is: Don't buy from unreliable and dishonest companies!

I ordered in Noverber 2024. No Delivery

I ordered in Noverber 2024. Today is 27th January 2025. Two months after ordering. Still no delivery. No response ever on an Email. There is only one email adress: support-movespeed.com. No response on several "life chats". No possibility to contact via phone!
This must be a fake shop. All happy customers seem to be a fake too. DO NOT PAY VIA CREDIT CARD. Your money is gone.

Do not buy

Do not buy. Slowest shipping ever. I asked for a refund and they never returned my email. Not returning any messages on their web site chat. Customer service is non existent. I will never buy again.

So I ordered the MOVE SPEED Z70 Pro 70000mAh 100W with LED Display+Lighting and SOS Mode Professional Outdoor Power Bank × 1
Took 3 weeks to arrive obviously from China Ir arrived with 56% charge left and as stated by the company to drain to zero then recharge three times to zero as batteries have memory! It really is a fast charger does my Samsung S24 ultra at the super fast speed my laptop other power banks honestly for me that needs large power supply on demand as I'm a wildlife photographer who rides a motorcycle needs it for camera batteries phone headphones other power banks that charge my heated clothes and with a tested efficiency rating between 80-89% that's pretty darn good/great!!
Ive only drained once so will come back to this review if any issues arrise. I paid £120.00 I believe the price has gone up considerably tho

Nunca habia tenido una experiencia tan mala con una compra por internet. El envio nunca llego y no me quieren reembolsar a no ser que vaya a la compañia de reparto a pedir un certificado de que el envio nunca llego. Y en GLS me dicen que el numero de seguimiento que me proporcionaron los de la tienda no existe... siguen haciendome perder el.tiempo envez de hacer el reembolso.
