Device died and support didn't care

Device arrived fine, and worked for a while. Then died completely.
Tried contacting support via e-mail and via chat... they never responded.
In the end had to make a complaint through amazon and have been offered a refund through amazon.

Imposible conectarme con ninguno de mis aparatos, iPhone, iMac, androide tablet etc… después de semanas con el soporte repitiendo lo mismo a las mismas preguntas y otra vez. He pedido la devolución. Me dieron una dirección diferente del envío explicándome que es así… la dirección incompleta al principio fue a correos y me preguntaron de pedir la dirección exacta. Me la mandaron como 4 veces incompleta y por fin conseguí la dirección correcta. Con certificado a quasi 30€ mando el paquete el 23 de abril 2025. He puesto una queja a correos. Me mandaron otra y otra vez la dirección correcta. Y después del 8 de abril silencio!!!
Siguiendo la ultima respuesta con la dirección sin código postal…

Perfect scamsters - Beware!!!

Perfect scamsters!! Stay away from this fraudulent seller.
I've email 24 times since the date of my purchase on June 26th. I never received the product for Order # 13804. I got a reply on July 22nd saying they shipped a replacement, I rejected the shipment and guess what no shipment and no response. Terrible customer service and am going to report to the BBB about these seamsters.

The brand's website and social media pages are still active and posting daily, but they ignore and never respond to messages or emails of complaints from customers and affiliate partners as if nothing happened. Very irresponsible, everyone should be alert!

I sent many emails but the support team…

I sent many emails but the support team did not respond. I sent many messages on social media platforms like Instagram or Facebook but did not receive any response. They have signs of fraud and stealing commissions from affiliate partners, and I see that MOVESPEED does not respond to customer feedback! Everyone should be careful.

I was trying to contact the support…

[Update7/31/25]
They asked me to follow up again, so I did, only to be met with silence. Yet another empty promise from the company. No response, no accountability. I feel foolish for believing they’d value their customers and for falling for their lies a second time. They could reach out to my social media if they wanted to fix the situation but they decided not to.

[Original7/23/25]I was trying to contact the support team via emails and live chat and had no response from them.

I went on face book and made a comment trying to get attention from them. They just deleted my comment off the Facebook and pretended nothing had happened.

Very disappointed with the "customer…

Very disappointed with the "customer service" . Order placed on June 19, still hasn't reached me. 4 emails stating the order # have been sent to support movespeed.com. No response. Went on the website and requested an update on chat which is advertised as being online from 1 AM to 9 AM GMT. No response.

This has been an awful experience with this company so far I’m am very dissatisfied. No real customer service and even on the “live chat” which has no live representative support can I get a response or an answer about my order. I still have yet to receive a confirmation email about my order.

Great and well made hub with ssd M2…

Great and well made hub with ssd M2 enclosure. This one gives up to 40 gbs and seamless speed my workflow on Mac mini. I´m a photographer and give this a 9. If more USB-c´s, gives a 10 from me. 3 weeks shipment may be too long.

Disappointing

The SSD works but the product differs from the instruction manual: No resetting hole is available and the product’s function is limited. No magnet. Not compatible with iPhone. Also it’s too heavy for a portable.

Standard version – with a touchscreen and password encryption.

Advanced version – with both touchscreen encryption and support for Apple Find My (iPhone compatibility) and magnetic attachment.

From your comments, it seems you may have received the standard version, which does not include iPhone compatibility or a magnetic feature. This could explain the differences you noticed compared to the instruction manual, which includes features for both versions.

Regarding the weight – the GD10 uses a premium zinc alloy for enhanced heat dissipation and durability, which may feel slightly heavier compared to plastic SSDs but offers significantly better protection and longevity.
