Very fast shipping, fair prices.

I bought a bag, which arrived later and I had to contact the service several times, to assure that it was sent at the right time. The dust bag that arrived with the bag was all unfolded, it looked not even new, if you want to get the money back, you have to pay the post and you just have 14 days. Prices are not so good and it tooks a lot to get a refund because you have to send it to Czech Republic, so I personally decided to just leave it because of the costs and the time. I am very unhappy with this seller this is the first and last time I will buy with them. Personally I don't recommend.

Beware of buying on this site. They do not meet the delivery date and take more than a month to refund your money if you ask for it. Total scam

I ordered a pair of Converses, the quality of the product was amazing and they got here very fast, but they were too small and I didnt like how they looked on my feet so I sent them back. They responded very quickly and the process of returning them was easy, the customer service is friendly and professional. Got my money back today. Will buy from here again.

Don't trust this company. I ordered a leather bracelet (luckely no leather jacket or other, more expensive items!), paid for it and mentioned to order it in my country. After I got an email that the item was delivered it turns out that the package NEVER entered my country! The last trace was the Netherlands and eventually Germany, somewhere on an undefined adress. No emailadres mentioned, no phone number,... nothing!
It's strange my money can find the right account immediately but the package appears in a whole different country...! Last time i ordered something in metalshop.eu!!!!

Terrible service, terrible communication and very poor customer service. I thought the company had folded as no one answers the phones, the live chat or emails. I’ve had to wait some 3 weeks for the product, that I’ve had to order from another company as I couldn't wait any longer. Avoid at all costs!

I Ordered a t-shirt and got an email back that I had to pay. I send them back that I allready paid. I sended a print screen from my bank account with proof of the paiment. They said that they will check it out but no respons after. I paid for a shirt i did not recieved. People this website is scam!!!
