Belle decouverte

Site découvert par hasard , les chaussures sont vraiment belles ,un très beau design et une grande originalité .
Je ne suis pas déçu de mon achat, je regrette juste qu’il n’y ai pas assez de choix en terme de coloris on tourne souvent entre le noir et blanc et où beige. Le service client est rapide

Efficiency and quality

By my mistake, I had problems paying for my third purchase on this site but the team was fantastic with me, they were always there, kind and helpful in solving the situation.
Even the two previous buying experiences have always proved to be very positive, fast delivery times and beautiful, quality products.

Customer Service 10/10

I had some doubts while ordering my shoes and the customer support (via email) was brilliant actually.

Moreover, I had the necessity of returning my package due to the size (bigger than expected) and the continuous support and guidance was also fantastic.

These things are why customers come back in the future to order again, because of the feeling of being supported if something is needed from my side.

Súper encantado con la marca, mis zapatillas llegaron en tan solo dos semanas.

Roberto Gomez | Excelente atención al cliente.

En Febrero adquirí unas zapatillas y tras dos meses tuve problemas con su uso, tras contactar con atención al cliente, concretamente con su Responsable de Relaciones con el Cliente me ofreció la mejor solución que era enviarme unas zapatillas nuevas para que volviera a confiar en la calidad de la marca.

Es un placer hablar con alguien que escucha al cliente y le ofrece la mejor solución. Sin duda volveré a confiar en Martin Valen.

Habe Schuhe fur 80 Euro bestellt und…

Habe Schuhe fur 80 Euro bestellt und nach 6 Wochen und mehreren Anfragen wurde keine Ware oder eine Sendungsverfolgung geschickt obwohl versichert wurde das die Ware innerhalb von 3 Werktagen fertig abgeschickt wird.

Edit: Nach einigen weiteren hin und her kam die Ware. Es wurde angegeben, dass das Paket beim Versand verloren gegangen war.

All is perfect

I was looking for some Sneakers that were similar to Alexander Mcqueen. And I found this web. The quality is as well as Alexanders Mcqueen, and they arrive me to fast. Im from Spain and they arrive me in less than a week. The support of the web replyes you quite fast, in my case a man called Alex replyed me all that I wanted in less than 24h. Amazing shoes, stylish and really nice!!!

Ordered a pair of shoes a second time and can’t be more happier. Shoes are absolutely brilliant, quality really good. Never had more beautiful shoes than this ones. I will definitely order more shoes

He realizado un pedido y el nmero q me…

He realizado un pedido y el numero q me han facilitado de envio no consta en la emprwsa de reparto ,contacto con ellos y me responden q el pedido esta enviado pero la fecha de llegada no aparece por ningun sitio ni me la facilitan.me gustaria saber cuanto tarda el pedido en llegar o poder hacer yo misma el seguimiento gracias

I was nervous about ordering from an EU country but i have to say the whole experience was very good.
Great communication, very quick delivery via UPS in 4 working days. UPS Tracker system was great.
Shoes arrived well packaged and all i had hoped for
