Ho ordinato delle scarpe e sono arrivate due misure diverse. Contattandoli, hanno corretto immediatamente l’errore spedendomi un paio di scarpe con le misure corrette e regalandomi due gioielli più un calza scarpe per il disturbo. Tutti possono sbagliare ma non tutti rimediano ai propri errori, tranne l’azienda martinvalen che è stata professionale sino all’ultimo step dell’acquisto effettuato. Sicuramente riacquisterò nel vostro negozio.

Nadat ik besteld had zag ik alle recente slechte reviews. Ik begon te schelden dat ik vooraf betaald had maar nu na 1,5 week zijn mijn schoenen netjes geleverd, zien ze er super uit en ben ik tevreden over het contact dat ik heb gehad met Martin Valen. Mooie schoenen!

Op 26 november 2023 heb ik een bestelling geplaatst voor een paar nieuwe schoenen eerst wou ik het niet doen door al die negatieve reactie op trustpilot gelukkig heb ik het wel gedaan want het was het waard! Mooie schoenen voor een mooie prijs!

I got these shoes online coming from Germany, even though it took two weeks to come it was worth the wait. Whilst I waited I had a dream that when they came they were in miniature size lol. Just came right in time for when am going away hope my husband loves them. Might get some for myself when am back. Merry Xmas

Eerst 4 weken wachten op de schoenen. Daarna contact proberen te krijgen ivm retouren van de schoenen. 13 nov begonnen met contact zoeken vandaag 12 dec nog geen reactie!!! Hele slechte klantenservice.

LLevo más de 15 días que realicé el envio, no se nada de el, y cuando les pregunto me dicen que esta en preparación y parece ser un mensaje predeterminado porque yo no pedí unas zapatillas, pedí un pantalon y una sudadera, y me dicen que mis zapatillas estan en preparación... que zapatillas? no pedí unas zapatillas. Pido la devolución del dinero por no cumplir los plazos ordenados de envio que pone en sus condiciones, necesitaba esa ropa para una ocasión especial y la pedí con 15 días de antelación y no a sido ni enviada, ,con el consiguiente problema tanto economico como de no poseer la mercancia. Pido que se me reenbolse el dinero de la compra lo antes posible ya que no han cumplico con su parte y no se a enviado la mercancia cuando yo he pagado desde el momento de pedirlo. Gracias

2 paar schoenen besteld maar niet…
2 paar schoenen besteld maar niet geleverd. 5 werkdagen zou het binnen zijn... maar niks. 3 weken later kwam het eindelijk binnen. Maar nee het is maar een paar schoenen.

J'ai commandé des baskets femme au prix de 99 € en promo je l'ai reçu aujourd'hui franchement je suis déçu de la qualité la colle qui dépasse de l'intérieur finition extérieur pas très jolie on dirait que c'est des baskets de marché de 20 € déçu déçu

They are the best in the game love my product
I just want to keep the review real and sweet and short. I gave them a 4 out of 5 for a reason and that reason is they need to make sure they update their stock on the website constantly , but with that being said for them to be an over seas company thay made sure I was taken care of and communicated quickly and swiftly, As far as the actual product it is as advertised and the quality is superb.
