Péssimo, primeiro e último artigo comprado desta marca!
Fiz uma encomenda de umas sapatilhas que me foram entregue a 10 de março, visto que os tamanhos diferiam, contactei o serviço de apoio para as devolver, efectuando logo nova encomenda com o tamanho anterior. Solicitei a devolução, onde demoraram 13 dias a emitir uma etiqueta de devolução e o artigo novamente comprado chegou apenas a 1 de Abril. Foi me debitado (para mim roubado) 24.90€ da devolução e hoje 16 de Abril, recebo um email a dizer que de 3 a 7 dias úteis receberei o dinheiro, mais de um mês à espera para ser reembolsado. A quem estiver interessado num artigo desta marca, que veja os comentários, arrependo me de não o ter feito.

Ik had in oktober schoenen besteld, dag erna mail gekregen dat het verzonden is.
Gister pas de schoenen binnen gekregen, maar de schoenen zijn top.
Ik ga zeker vaker bestellen, als je bij de besteld ga er maar vanuit de het wat later aankomt maar het komt zeker aan en de kwaliteit is top!!!

Ons team heeft u op de hoogte gebracht van de vertraging, die werd veroorzaakt door de grote vraag. We hebben het probleem opgelost door onze capaciteit te verhogen en de schoenen alsnog naar u te verzenden. We denken dat er een misverstand is ontstaan over de e-mails die u hebt ontvangen met betrekking tot de status van uw bestelling. We hebben de bestelling nooit de volgende dag als "verzonden" gemarkeerd. We hebben de status altijd als "in behandeling" gemarkeerd, wat betekent dat ons team de bestelling aan het verwerken was.

I am genuinely impressed with this order. After reading a few negative reviews, I was honestly doubtful that the parcel would even arrive.
However, the delivery was flawless. The trainers look exceptionally luxurious, even better than expected, and the packaging was beautifully done with great attention to detail. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
This experience completely exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied and would confidently recommend ordering

Meine Bestellung ist im August bestellt und bis heute 9.10.25 nicht angekommen und kein Email über Verspätung oder überhaupt, garnicht,bei Anfragen geht garnicht ob diese Email Adresse überhaupt existiert was auf den Kontakt und Email steht?
Das ist bestimmt nur Betrug ,man kann leider nichts erreichen,

Na al wat eerder gekocht te hebben (omdat ik de meeste websites niet vertrouw en bij deze bestelling was alles goed gegaan) besloot ik meer te kopen echter was er deze keer iets niet op voorraad. Er is gelijk een notificatie naar me gestuurd en het probleem is opgelost door het met een ander product om te ruilen van dezelfde prijscategorie. De service was top! bedankt Eva(medewerker van de klantenservice)!

J’ai commandé une paire de chaussures et j’ai reçu… deux chaussures différentes dans la même boîte (une gauche d’un modèle et une droite d’un autre). Quand je contacte le SAV, on me dit qu’ils n’avaient plus de stock et qu’ils m’ont volontairement envoyé ça, en me proposant ensuite de choisir un autre modèle. C’est une blague ? Comment peut-on penser qu’un client accepte de porter deux chaussures totalement différentes ? Expérience très décevante.

Nous sommes restés en contact permanent avec notre client depuis le début de la procédure de réclamation. Suite à l'envoi d'un produit erroné, nous lui avons proposé un remboursement ou un échange, selon son choix. Nous tenons à réaffirmer que cette erreur n'était pas intentionnelle. Nous nous excusons à nouveau pour tout désagrément occasionné. La procédure a été finalisée le 21 août 2025, conformément à la demande du client.
