Le scarpe sono fedeli alle fotografie, anche i materiali sono ottimi sinceramente sembra un marchio premium. Credo che una volta conosciuto e pubblicizzato raggiungerà dei prezzi più alti. Sono al secondo paio e a breve prenderò il terzo. Se all' inizio sembrano un po' dure dovete dargli tempo perché in realtà si adattano molto bene.

I just want to share my absolute appreciation for this company! I purchased a t-shirt and a pair of sneakers here, and everything was simply perfect — from the easy ordering process all the way to receiving my package.

28 mei sneakers besteld 29 mei een mail ontvangen dat het shipped is. Enkele mails over en weer verzonden -laatste bericht gaven zij aan dat ze geen orders verwerken tussen 5 en 10 juni (ivm holidays) en ook daarvoor mijn bestelling nog niet hebben verzonden (shipped mail klopt dus niet). Dus als je snel je bestelling wilt ontvangen dan rekening houden dat deze partij wel snel n orderbevestiging stuurt -snel reageert maar niet snel bezorgd. Update : sneakers zijn zojuist bezorgd plus necklace en €10 kortingsbon voor het ongemak. Voor de Communicatie & service ga ik ze hoger raten.

Shoes colouring socks from inside and the shoe sole is worn out after 500meters of walk...
I bought a pair of shoes by Martinvalen, shoes does look good, but after first walk to shop and back ( I was with white socks) after I come back home after 500meters walk my socks was coloured in black the shoe sole worn out on the front, so quality is not so good, they are not comfortable, but design is good..
11.06.2025 After my review they sent me a new pair of shoes, so costumer support working great, they apologised for the situation and I'm satisfied with new pair of shoes! Thank you!

Das mit der Verfügbarkeit ist so ne Sache und die anschließende Kommunikation.... na ja.
Am Ende hat es zwar lange gedauert aber die Schuhe sind angekommen und wirklich top!

Ok heb de schoenen daarna gekregen waren wel netjes de doos ook . Vallen ietsje groter als ik dacht . Verder moet ik eerlijk zeggen alles prima. ik zou wel opnieuw kopen mischien dan halve maat kleiner .

quisiera decir de antemano , que me enfadé bastante y puse reseña fea pq tardaron mucho en realizar la entrega. pero quiero lanzar una flecha en su favor diciendo que el producto es muy muy bonito, y de calidad, y que intentaron recompensar nuestra espera en forma de regalos y atenciones via mail.

Le sneakers bianche a suola spessa si sono spellate soprattutto nella parte interna. Sono rivestite sia internamente che esternamente da finta pelle tranne la soletta e la parte del tallone che risultano in vera pelle . Nella descrizione sul sito internet scrivete, impropriamente, che internamente sono rivestite di pelle di vitello morbida e pregiata definita " Premium ". Martin Valen la descrizione è fuorviante, di vera pelle c'è solo il rivestimento del tallone e della soletta. Questa tipologia di scarpe, molto scadenti, che voi considerate fatte a mano, sui siti cinesi costano circa 30 euro. Martin Valen, se sto sbagliando la descrizione, dimostratemi il contrario. Mi avete rimborsato su Paypal sostanzialmente € 96,15 anziché 99,90. Il costo della transazione l' ho pagato io, Martin Valen perché? io vi ho pagato 99,90!!

Devo dare 4 stelle solo perché ho ricevuto il prodotto a 14 giorni dall' ordine, altrimenti 5 stelle non sarebbero state sufficienti. Le scarpe sono bellissime ( modello suola a palloncino) vestono giuste, pianta stretta. Appena indossate, colleghi ed amici hanno effettuato ordine. Soddisfatto,peccato per l'attesa😊

Great company, have been a pleasure to deal with. Hanna was very helpful in picking the size for the sneakers and even informed the warehouse to include insoles in case they were too big but the shoes ended up fitting perfectly! Will buy from Martin Valen again, I’m a new fan!
