I bought some black sneakers from Martin Valen and they arrived a little later than expected, but thanks to Kaan's professional and quick responses on Instagram, my doubts were absolutely gone.
The quality really impressed me, the shoes are very comfortable and they’re really eye-catching. I wear them daily and in the gym. If you go on frequent walks, you will definitely love these sneakers because they make you feel like walking on clouds. Besides being comfortable, they also make you feel good because they look beautiful.

Me enviaron un modelo y talla diferentes a las que pedí. Me puse en contacto con ellos a través de Gmail y me atendieron rápido y estupendamente. No me hicieron devolver el par de zapatillas erróneas que recibí y me mandaron las que realmente quería seguidamente. Gracias a kaan por el trato y la rapidez y sobre todo por la solución. Recomendable 100%

Pedi unas zapatillas y son de la peor calidad que he visto. 99€ y tiene la plantilla completamente amontonada, sobra piel... horrible. No pediré nunca más. Es calzado calidad china. Además, un día las limpié con un paño humedo y destiñeron manchando la goma blanca de color negro. por el precio que tienen estas zapatillas tienes miles de opciones mejores. Calidad nefasta.

Es tut mir leid, aber seit Juli 2022 haben wir Ihnen gesagt, dass Sie einen Streitfall über PayPal eröffnen sollen, damit wir den Streitfall akzeptieren können. Da es ein API-Problem mit Adyen gab, konnten wir die Erstattung nicht von Hand ausstellen.
Wir haben Ihnen 2 Mal gesagt, wie Sie Ihr Geld zurückbekommen können, aber Sie haben sich geweigert, dies zu tun, und ich sage es Ihnen jetzt zum 3: Bitte setzen Sie sich mit PayPal in Verbindung und legen Sie einen Streitfall für diese Zahlung an, damit wir sie akzeptieren können. Es ist wirklich so einfach, und es hätte nicht so lange dauern dürfen, bis beide Seiten es verstanden haben.
Sie können uns erneut über das Support-Ticket kontaktieren, damit wir dieses Problem ein für alle Mal lösen können.

Katastrophal!!
Ich habe im Sommer letzten Jahres zwei Paar Schuhe bei dieser Seite bestellt. Man konnte nur mit Kreditkarte bezahlen obwohl mehrere Optionen genannt wurden. Letztendlich habe ich die Schuhe bestellt und das war ein Fehler! Die Schuhe kamen nach knapp zwei Monate immer noch nicht an. Nach sehr langem warten kam dann ein Schuh an und vom anderen war auch nach zusätzlichen 4 Wochen warten keine Spur. Natürlich habe ich auch immer versucht, mit dem Unternehmen Kontakt aufzunehmen. Dies stellte sich als sehr mühselig heraus und es hat auch sehr lange gedauert, bis man Antworten bekommen hat. Die ersten Schuhe haben mir nicht gepasst und ich habe sie zurückgeschickt. Zusätzlich habe ich geschrieben, dass ich die immer noch nicht zugestellten zweiten Schuhe nicht mehr haben möchte, sondern nur mein Geld zurück. Das hat sich dann sehr in die Länge gezogen und ich habe mit der Überlegung gespielt rechtlich vorzugehen, dachte mir aber das es den Aufwand nicht wert ist und habe mich damit abgefunden 170 € verloren zu haben. Am Ende des letzten Jahres habe ich es noch einmal mit einer E-Mail probiert. Dann kam nach etlichen Versuchen endlich die Erleichterung: Sie haben geantwortet und waren bereit, mir das Geld zurückzuschicken. Den Rückversand übernehmen sie natürlich nicht und das Beste ist, dass sie vom ursprünglich Preis ihre Versandkosten auch noch mal anziehen. Bedeutet also letztendlich: 165 € ausgegeben, 5 € für Rückversand von dem ersten paar gezahlt und nach knapp 9 Monaten dann 145 € zurückbekommen. Weil sie pro Schuh noch mal 10 € abziehen … Lächerliches Unternehmen. Wer sich viel Kopfschmerzen ersparen möchte, kauft woanders!

Hola!!! Me encantan las zapatillas de Martin Valen, su relación calidad/precio está muy bien y sus diseños son muy chulos. La única pega q le pondría sería al tema devolución.. q si tienes q devolverlas, los costes de la devolución son muy elevados.. pero bueno, luego la atención al cliente por parte de kaan es de 10, un tío súper majo q te facilita mucho las cosas y responde a todas las dudas, facilitándolo todo y ofreciéndote lo mejor.. un crak!!
Volveré a comprar en Martin Valen.. entrega rápida, pero procuraré no equivocarme en la talla..y así evitar la devolución!!!

Experiencia poco gratificante con esta marca la verdad. Hice un regalo de unas zapatillas y me toco devolverlas, ante mi sorpresa me toco pagar los gastos de la devolucion y encima otros 9,90 del importe original ( según su politica de reembolso) . En total he perdido unos 30 euros adicionales. Malisima experiencia.

Lamentablemente, no entendemos la parte de "para mi sorpresa" de tu comentario, ya que tenemos una página de política de devoluciones justo debajo de nuestro sitio web y también aceptas estas políticas cuando compras en nuestro sitio web.
No introducimos cargos ''sorpresa'' a nuestros clientes ya que eso sería ilegal, la deducción de 9,90€ está establecida en nuestra política. Esa deducción se considera una tasa de servicio e incluye los gastos de envío, el IVA y los gastos de aduana, que cuestan mucho más que el importe original.
Nuestros clientes deberían utilizar nuestro envío gratuito de mercancías como una ventaja para ellos mismos. Pero actualmente no podemos ofrecer la devolución gratuita de mercancías para todos los países, por lo que le pedimos que lo comprenda.

Cela fait 4 mails que j'envoi via leur plateforme et aucune réponse.
Au dela de ça, délai de livraison un peu long par rapport à celui annoncé.

Ich kann die Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Habe mittlerweile mein 3. Paar Schuhe von dort und alles klappte super! Meine E-Mail‘s wurden schnell beantwortet, Lieferzeit ca 3-5 Werktage und geile Schuhe. Ein kleines Problem war, dass man vergessen hat Schnürsenkel zu versenden, jedoch wurde das Problem 1000 Fach behoben! Besten Dank an das Martin Valen Team und an Kaan !
