You've already had my feedback on this delivery and seem to be ignoring it. Packaging was poor - 3 small trays of plugs unsecured in a relatively large box. Guess the result.

Product ordered was as advertised. Small plug pansies but I am growing them on and they are thriving. Delivered by Evri and this time it was done carefully.

Marshall good Evri awful
Well, the seedlings were fine, though Evri made every effort to destroy them by upending or knocking over the parcel such that more than half of the seedlings spilled out of where they were meant to and their stems broken in half. And so on. Evri are a disaster. Never again.

Half of the plants not in good…
Half of the plants not in good condition when received. Will probably lose a few plants.
The rest seem to be doing OK - I think!

Excellent service…
Marshalls send out plant plugs which I buy quite frequently. A recent order of wallflower plugs arrived during very hot dry conditions in surprisingly good condition. All survived except one excellent service at a very reasonable price.

Ordered 20 pansy plugs but only 19 were in the pack. Contacted customer services but they refused to send the missing one? They gave me £0.75 refund but I needed the 20 plants for my project. Said they couldn’t send it? Poor service I think.
