Customer services extremely polite and reactive.
Refund given for an item that didn’t meet my expectations, without asking, which was a very pleasant surprise.
I like their website and also the booklet on their range which I receive regularly by post.

Lovely plants at reasonable prices but poor delivery service
Lovely plants at reasonable prices however Evri crushed the boxes and I am hoping the plants are going to recover with some care. This was my 3rd order and each time Evri have delivered a damaged box despite clear labelling. I tried to complain to Evri but they won’t take responsibility.

We ordered 12 spinach plants
We ordered 12 spinach plants. They were delivered by Evri. It took so long for them to arrive that the plants were nearly dead. Only 3 plants have survived. Not happy with the service provided.
