I ordered a 4kg large fish from London Grocery Online and paid £90 for it. Unfortunately, the delivery was 13 days late. When the item finally arrived, I received two smaller fish instead of the one I ordered. After cleaning the fish, I found that 1,100g was wasted, leaving me with very little usable product.
I contacted customer service, and they offered a 20% refund and 20% off my next order, but they never followed through on their promise. Very poor service and quality. I will not be ordering again, and I don’t recommend this store to anyone.

I ordered fresh frits and vegetables…
I ordered fresh fruits and vegetables from London Grocery, expecting premium products as advertised. However, the items delivered were far from fresh; some fruits were bruised, and the vegetables wilted. The packaging was also subpar, leading to squashed produce. ITis experience has left me reluctant to order from them again.
Something not quite right here!
Be warned! Some items on their website simply do not exist. We ordered some game for Christmas and, in spite of firm promises that it would be delivered on Christmas Eve, it was not. They blamed a 'quality issue' which was a downright lie, and promised a prompt refund, which never came. I have spent four weeks and over 20 emails chasing it up. The Customer Service team repeatedly claimed that the refund had been processed when it had not. It eventually arrived yesterday. A total nightmare. We will never use them again, and nor should you.
No delivery and no refund!
They cancelled my special Christmas dinner order on the evening of 23rd December due to 'supplier issues', causing huge stress and disappointment and, nearly a month later, still haven't even refunded me! I had to open a PayPal dispute to get the money returned. Really poor.

Waited ages for the ousters and when they arrived, the wooden box I paid extra for was flimsy, poor quality and considerably overpriced.
The company should be ashamed of themselves for such an outrageous extortionate price.
Just not worth it. Avoid this Company.

Arrived unripe, took the Ethylene absorber out, put it in a box with bananas, was usual to ripen it, it took over a week to soften, then was rotten and mouldy and still hard throughout. So was an odd mix of rotten and unripe. I messaged them with photos and a complaint, having spent over £50 on soursop I'd expect it to at least be edible when treated properly. They said they'd look into it and have since just ignored me hoping I'll go away.
Update
They have since responded and sent a replacement Soursop, it is unbruised, green, fresh and looks good, I have placed it in a sealed container with a banana and hope to ripen it. The inconvenience of the original experience and delays were not ideal, but I am hoping this one will ripen nicely and go well.

This has been a terrible experience. I am currently disabled and placed an order with them over Christmas, scheduled for delivery on January 28th. I heard nothing from them and later found out the delivery would be delayed until January 31st.
When the food finally arrived, multiple items were missing, and the fresh fruit was rotten. I have tried messaging and calling them, but they have been completely unresponsive. I received one message initially, but since then, nothing.
Do not buy from this company—they are very dishonest. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them.

Disgraceful - no customer service and stealing money
Well, where to start. I placed 2 orders before Christmas, one for some special fruits and one for figs and quince. I then got emails saying the quality wasn't good enough so there would be a delay. I then received my 2nd order (quince and figs) although the quince were beautiful, the figs were from Tesco and were also out if date. As I write, I haven't received my first order, or the refund I requested. This is, hands down, the worst online order I have ever placed

I tried two order from this online store. Both order is the same situation, once you paid and confirmed the delivery date, they will told you according to the freshness reason can't delivery on time, and after few days checking still not full fill the order(1st order delivery wrong quantity at last), I don't think this company capable to full fill their services at all.
You might need a plan B
I had to contact this company on the day of my delivery to be told it wasn't going to happen. Their platitudes about inconvenience and frustration were nothing short of infuriating. 100% would not trust. I went to a different company in the end.

I ordered on the 20th of December, promising that the delivery would be on the 22nd. On the 22nd, nothing happened. I got in touch with them to cancel the order. However, they promised that the order would be here by the 24th. Today, I received some of my order. I spent £100, and they had the cheek to send me 1 kg of chicken heart and two pieces of duck breast weighing less than 250g. They failed to send my 2 kg of beef fillet and the rest of the duck breast, which was my children’s Christmas dinner. They are not responding and now I am having to file a claim through PayPal to get my money back. Absolutely disgusting. Please do not order from them.

Given it a 1 star because I can't give it a minus. Promise after promise given and broken. Ordered 15th Dec for delivery 20th. Email late on 19th delivery delayed. Requested updates on ETA. It'll be delivered before Christmas. Gave them christ knows how many opportunities to put things right. Now its we'll send it out ASAP but no guarantee before New Year!!!. How does feck off sound? Hoping there isn't a battle to get a refund. Avoid like the fecking plague.

Interesting range of products ruined by bad customer service
Started ok, received most of my order in good condition and fast with three items I was told would follow after. Contacted them a few days later to see if there was an ETA, was told items would arrive soon. Next day I received one more thing from my order. Chased a week later got an automated response and nothing else since. All I needed was a ‘we can’t get those items, here’s a refund’ or ‘those won’t come for a few weeks’ and I would have been fine. Won’t order from again
