I don't believe this company are still trading despite having a website and taking customers' money. Took my payment and then said the order had been cancelled (at my request??). No refund.

I have not received my spring basket although I’ve paid for it. I keep having to chase my baskets up each new season. Very disappointing, although when baskets do arrive, they are lovely.

Nepeta
I’ve wanted a Nepeta for ages. I misread the description and thought I was getting a 7 inch pot . So was hugely surprised with my 7 cm pot, my mistake lol. But my new little baby has already put on lots of new growth and is forming it’s variegated colour. It’s going to be a beautiful addition when it’s big enough. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and will use Lazy Flora again . My plant came responsibly packaged.

Super happy with my new plant!
Super happy with my new baby- a monstera Albo! In great condition with beautiful variegation.
I did have a few hiccups - I was sent the wrong plant, however, their customer service was 10/10.
My emails were responded to in under 10 minutes and they made sure that my plant was delivered the next day and organised collection for the incorrect plant. They were kind enough to also include a little extra plant for the minor blunder.
So impressed with how they handled this issue ( in particular Laura ) and will 100% order from them again.

My plants arrived on time and beautifully packaged in a very tall box. (which could be used as a child's Abraham Lincoln hat. 😁) inside the plants were wrapped in hessian and brown paper. Very green and absolutely plastic free.

I ordered 2 fuchsias ‘Swingtime’ for my hanging baskets as I really love these beautiful plants. My order was despatched swiftly. The plants are healthy and growing well and already producing flower buds.

Great choice of plants ,easy to find…
Great choice of plants ,easy to find pet friendly plants as they are labled ,gives you lots of information on each plant ,how to look after it ,which i do need as i am not too good with keeping house plants alive , my plants arrived in perfect condition and very quick delivery ,packed very well ,i will return to lazy flora for more houseplants without a doubt.

Small Terrarium
I ordered the terrarium but to be honest I was disappointed. I thought the bowl would be bigger. When filled with the charcoal and soil the plants were at the top of the bowl, not inside. Also there was not enough variation in the plants. It was a good starter kit and I adapted it, I bought a bigger bowl and a pink variegated plant and now it looks good.

I'm so sorry to hear you are disappointed with the terrarium kit. The size of the glass bowl (20cm) as well as the plants are both listed in the item description and shown in the photos on our website. We generally tend to send a little more soil than is needed so that you have some extra in case of any soil spill when building the terrarium. I have shared your feedback about the plants and variety with our team - the exact varieties we send in the kit can vary depending on plant availability.
However I'm glad you have been able to adapt it to your liking and I hope you enjoy your new terrarium!
Very impressed with my first order
Ordered from Lazy flora for the first time using their subscription plant service. I’m very new to plants and my order came perfectly packed and I had a very healthy plant. I love the fact that there’s an option to choose to receive only pet friendly plants as my dogs are less than trustworthy at times! Have already placed my second order in 2 weeks so I’m a happy bunny.

Hi Emma, unfortunately the plant you ordered was no longer available due to a stock error. We were in contact with you by email as soon as we became aware of this, and issued a refund.
Issues like this are rare for us as our stock count systems are usually very accurate and stock is checked regularly. We understand it's disappointing when the plant you've been looking forward to receiving is not available. Sincere apologies again for the disappointment caused by this.

The plant I received is lovely. Although I was slightly worried how it would arrive, it was well packaged and arrived in "one piece" and untouched. It hasn't been long sice I got my delivery but so far I'm happy with the cute Arecca palm I received. Thank you

Wedding gift Alocasia
I ordered as a wedding gift. Not only did they have the plant I was looking for, they had the option of a gift message - which other sites did not. The pot did arrive smashed, however LazyFlora was more than happy to resend a new one, well packaged - thank you so much! I definitely will subscribe when I’m back based in the U.K. :)
