I don't believe this company are still trading despite having a website and taking customers' money. Took my payment and then said the order had been cancelled (at my request??). No refund.

Didn’t receive my order, asked for a refund.

Despite changing my address online, the plants have been sent to the wrong address for the last few months. I've emailed for help, then to try and cancel multiple times with no reply. I've used lazyflora for years and the customer support has always been great, I don't know what's happened to the company but now the customer support is non-existent.

I have not received my spring basket although I’ve paid for it. I keep having to chase my baskets up each new season. Very disappointing, although when baskets do arrive, they are lovely.

Lovely plants in really good condition and had travelled without incident!

No plants have arrived and no response to cancelling subscription.

Hilarious that I've been asked to review my recent order, when I have neither received it nor had any response to my emails enquiring when my order might arrive. Have started a dispute through my bank to get a refund. So sad as this used to be a brilliant company and service.

Terrible service. Took over a month for the delivery each time.
No replies to emails when chasing up order. No communication.
Really disappointed as first two subscriptions were good. This one has been terrible and I have asked them to cancel my subscription, not that they have replied.

Chasing a delivery that still hasn’t arrived. No reply to emails. I’m not sure what had happened to the company as they used to be so good.
If I don’t get any reply soon then I will be cancelling my subscription and asking for a refund.

Abysmal service. Tried to contact them for almost 4 weeks via email and instagram. Got to the point that I am now chasing a refund. Stay well away! They're not the same company they used to be.

My plants & pots arrived in perfect condition. The plants are very healthy.

Order never delivered and no response from customer services. Had to claim back from credit card company. Might as well be a scam.

Ordered plant from them as they said it would be delivered in 2 to 3 working days. Ordered on the 2nd of January and just got it on the 28th of January after many emails with no replies back. Asked PayPal for help with this problem and received email and plant a few days later. Would not buy a plant from them again because of this. Have to say the plant was very healthy looking.

Plants beautiful and pots are gorgeous. Packaged perfectly and no plastic in sight.

Do not use it. It might as well be a scam. I bought a patio plant subscription for my mother as a Christmas gift, but the plant was not delivered. The courier did not recognise the tracking number provided. There was absolutely no response from customer service via email or form on their website. I had to raise a dispute via my credit card company to get a refund.

I had the same
plant delivered on the month before. So a little bit disappointed.

I have been asked to review an order I have not received. I used to really rate this company but they have taken two payments and not fulfilled the orders.

I have been a customer for 2 years but service really gone downhill - money taken on 9 October for my 3 month subscription - plants not received until mid-November. No response to emails asking where my order was. Now trying to cancel subscription and still no response

Never received my plants, contacted twice and no response. Very disappointed.
