My Christmas tree has arrived, and it’s considerably taller than was advertised.

I chose to buy a 70cm tree because that’s the maximum I could fit in my space. The tree which arrived is 120cm.

I have contacted the company about it and have had no reply.

I have had a subscription which has been good but I got to the point where I had too many plants. I tried to cancel my subscription but on their website it says I need to email them, I did that to confirm I wanted to cancel and then when my next subscription day came round they just charged me again, even though I have now moved. Would not recommend getting a subscription, they won’t let you out of it.

Our first plant got mislaid by the delivery company, I contacted Lazy Flora and explained, and a new plant was sent out that same day. Plant delivered was perfect, definitely worth the price point. Gentleman responding to queries was Oliver - very helpful, thanks! Will order again.

I purchased a Piper crocatum. The picture on the website showed a very full plant with many stems. Now I know I won't receive the exact plant in the picture. But what I received was a single stem with clear evidence the plant has been chopped multiple times.

Beautiful hanging baskets (with the subscription). Unfortunately I did have an issue with one damaged in transit but was sent a replacement and it is absolutely stunning. Even the winter baskets are gorgeous!

I got a rescue box and it was brilliant.
There was a monstera and a few rare ish plants in it. All just needed a good drink and had the odd tatty leaf on each one. Bar that they are amazing specimens. Expertly packed.

Ordered a monstera albo cutting and received a beautiful specimen, well packaged and healthy. It's currently settling into its pot and (hopefully) growing roots.

The Wowcher codes I purchased are not working. I managed to place 1 out of 8 orders and now can’t even cancel that subscription. Terrible terrible service. Those people that gave a good review must have dealt with a different company. DO NOT USE THEM!!

AVOID!! Impossible to contact and cancel subscriptions. Emails not answered. Comments removed immediately from Instagram page. I keep having to skip subscription as there is no cancel subscription option on their website. The hanging basket subscription is £37.50 worth nothing close to that when delivered. Basket chains all rusted. Very average random mix of plants I can buy in my local supermarket.

It arrived as a total mess. Everything was upside down and had to re-plant from scratch

I paid over £20 for a plant cutting, it did not arrive and Lazy Flora have not replied to two of my emails

First delivery did not arrive but new courier delivered plants quickly. They were healthy but could move a little in packaging so one was bent & out of soil. In general good service.

Ordered a Monstera Albo top cutting and I was beyond impressed with the product.

I have placed an order on 4th June. Despite 2-5 working days dispatch promise, it was never despatched and I am yet to receive a response to my email. I have sent them another message today (Sunday) via the website.
I shouldn't have to chase an order 3 weeks later. Very dissapointing first experience and will for sure never order from here again.

Never received my order & they blamed it on the courier despite never shipping the plants. When I received a refund it was from another business called ‘plants for all seasons’ which is a known scam website amongst plant groups

I was on holiday when my delivery arrived. So it was taken to my local DPD pickup station.
It stayed here for a week.
When I did collect it I was pleasantly surprised. The plant was so well packaged that it was in excellent condition.

I have bought many flower plugs on line in my time, but I have to say that none come close to the standard of the plant plugs I received from Lazy Flora.com. The plants were well established plugs . When they arrived, I was relieved to notice that all of these beautiful plants had been packed in such a way that none of them were damaged. I am so happy the purchase that I have decided that in future, I will only purchase the bedding plants I need from Lazy Flora.

The plants I bought did not arrive so I had to send several emails until finaly receiveing an answer. According to them the plants were lost during transport. However, on their sistem the purchase was still showing as not shipped. It took long time and several emails until receiving an answer from them. They sent the plants later and this "second batch" was delivered very quickly, however, one of the plants bought was smaller than adverstised. Again, I tried to contact them about this, but received no answer. The other plants were beautiful and were very well packed.
