I don't believe this company are still trading despite having a website and taking customers' money. Took my payment and then said the order had been cancelled (at my request??). No refund.

I have not received my spring basket although I’ve paid for it. I keep having to chase my baskets up each new season. Very disappointing, although when baskets do arrive, they are lovely.

Excellent plants and great service
We've had 3 plants now from the subscription service and they are all fantastic, the pots that come with them are stylish and varied. One arrived with a broken pot, which was replaced quickly. My emails went into spam for a few days, but once they did get picked up, the response was fantastic and my replacement pot arrived within a couple of days.

Delighted with my beautiful plant!
The website had a great range of plants and the detailed plant care advice helped me determine which type would be suitable for my home. My plant arrived quickly and was well-packaged; in perfect, healthy condition and exactly as described on the website. I would definitely buy plants from Lazy Flora again.

Positives and negatives
I have done 4 months now and all the plants I’ve got have been something I hadn’t seen before but they were all very care heavy varieties which liked similar environments so I’ve ended up just filling my bathroom with plants as they all like humidity. Would be nice to get a low light plant or bright direct sunlight plants (maybe a cactus). The plants haven’t been perfect in quality as is to be expected but none of them have been bad enough to return. Though it has been a nice surprise each month I don’t think I will carry on with the prescription

Monstera Variegated
Omg, I just received my Monsters Albo variegated! It's gorgeous and even better than I was expecting. Ordered on Sunday and arrived Wednesday. Couldn't be happier with the service and price. Tempted to buy another one... Thank you Lazy Flora.

So happy I found this shop. Have made many purchases here and been very pleased with every one. Plants have arrived quickly and very well packaged with minimal damage and all thriving since purchase. I thoroughly recommend Lazy Flora and will definitely return to make more purchases.

Banned from their Facebook group
Banned from their Facebook group for asking a question!
I've seen online that Lazy Flora went into liquidation and I asked who the new owner is. Seems they didn't want to tell me!
It would have been nice if they'd informed all monthly subscribers of the change of ownership, especially with how expensive the monthly fee is!
Update: It seems they’ve been bought by Plants for all Seasons, as the address matches on Lazy Flora’s emails. Also, I am now receiving emails from Planta for all Seasons even though I’ve not signed up for them, which is a breach of GDPR. Messaged them on Facebook but they continue to ignore me and I am still banned from their Facebook group for asking who their new owners are. Not sure why they’re being so deceitful and want to hide this so much?

Hi Kneale, we have not gone anywhere and all our monthly subscriptions are running as usual, along with our indoor plant shop - we have actually just launched some new subscriptions we are really excited about, and we'll of course continue with all our existing subscriptions too.

Brilliant customer service
After my order did not arrived. I emailed customer service who explained that it was due to the hot weather that my order had not gone out which was completely understandable. When my plants did arrive they were amazing and are now planted and being admired. Customer service have been great dealing with a number of queries with all being dealt with to a high standard.

Hi Jenny, I'm sorry to hear you have not received a response. It sounds like our emails may not be reaching you for some reason. We have just sent you another email to follow up on this.
Your delivery will be on the way to you in the next couple of days. Generally we aim to ship orders within one week. Due to the heatwave this week, we are running a couple of days behind as we did not want to ship anything on the hottest days to ensure plants don't suffer while they are in transit.

Lazy Flora knocked it out the park again with the July pet friendly plant of the month. A beautiful, healthy Peperomia in a fabulous grey glazed ceramic pot. The plant was packed really well in 100% recyclable packaging.
