I had a good read through these reviews before I bought a Variegated Strelitzia from Lazy Flora. The first plant arrived and was beautiful but had some damage to the leaves. Laura was super polite and helpful in arranging a return.

The second plant arrived in better condition despite some delivery mishaps and Laura has been really quick with the replies and was kind enough to answer all my questions in regards to the aftercare for my new plant, I cannot fault the customer service at all and would definitely recommend Lazy Flora for this alone, thank you Laura!

I took out a 1 year monthly subscription last December, the plants are great quality and so far all but one is thriving, the one that failed within 2-3 weeks was replaced by Lazyflora without hesitation. One of the ceramic pots was shattered on delivery, must have had a good thump somewhere as the packaging is very sturdy, again this was replaced without question or hesitation by Lazyflora.

All in all we’re very pleased with our subscription although may not renew as we’re running out of space to put them! I will check if there’s a lower delivery frequency option.

Really poor. Nothing has arrived. I've emailed a query about ny order and just got an automatic reply. So, to expect a review is bizarre.
I'm hoping this can be sorted out and I haven't paid £85 for nothing.

I signed up for a once a month subscription and was thrilled with my first delivery. However, within 12 days of this I have received two further emails thanking me for my order and two further payments taken from my account with no more plants delivered. Unfortunately the only way you can contact Lazy Flora is on email, to which I've received a response that it may take longer than usual for them to respond due to high email traffic, so I suspect I'm not the only one who has had issues. What had been a lovely experience has unfortunately been overshadowed by a glitch and poor customer service.

Fantastic company. You can see the care and attention to detail when the plants arrive. Will definitely use again.

Over a week since order placed, hasn’t been dispatched and no communication. Emailed for an update 2 days ago with no response except the automated one.

It's been more than 10 days that I ordered and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive, 😡

Excellent range of plants & pots, I love the denim pots. Excellent customer service. One pot was broken on receipt, it was immediately refunded.
